INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Points to Note
1. Mount this product securely on a strong and stable wall. Always strike only the designated hitting area. Do not strike the corners to avoid
hand injuries or damage to the equipment.
2. Children must use this product only under adult supervision.
3. Do not hit with excessive force to prevent hand injuries. Always pay attention to safety during training. Do not use your legs or knees to
strike the target.
4. If the equipment does not start or functions abnormally, check whether the battery is low. Charge the device in time if necessary. Do not
charge for more than 8 hours at a time. For long-term storage, charge the battery at least once every 1–2 months.
5. This product is not waterproof. Wipe the boxing target with a dry cloth. Do not expose to water.
6. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Installation Instructions
1. Attach the long Velcro strip to the wall.
2. Stick the 5 circular EVA pads and the short Velcro pieces onto the back of the product.
3. Mount the product by pressing it firmly against the corresponding Velcro position on the wall.
Note: The strong adhesive of the hook-and-loop tape may leave marks on the wall surface. It is recommended to remove the element
carefully, slowly, and at an angle to minimize the risk of damage.
1. Press and hold the middle button to turn on the device.
2. Press and hold the left button to decrease the volume.
3. Press and hold the right button to increase the volume.
4. Short press the left button to change the training mode (9 modes available).
5. Short press the right button to adjust the speed level (9 levels available).
