EN MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for choosing a Humberg product. This manual contains important safety, operating, and
disposal instructions. Before using the product, read this manual and keep it for future reference. The
following warnings comply with applicable regulations. Failure to observe them may result in serious
injury, equipment damage, or voiding of the warranty.

Read the instruction manual!
Wear eye protection! Class I insulation. Connect to a supply
with protective earth.
Use hearing protection! Warning: electrical voltage.
Wear safety helmet! Warning: hot surfaces. Some compres-
sor parts may become hot.
Wear protective gloves! Warning: automatic start-up.
Wear protective, slip-resistant footwear! Switch off and disconnect from power
before changing accessories, cleaning,
or when not in use.
Use respiratory protection. When
spraying with paint guns, use
appropriate safeguards.
Do not use if damaged.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Electric shock
• Disconnect the plug from the power source before any service or maintenance.
• Do not use the compressor in damp conditions, on wet surfaces, or in rain.
• Install a residual-current device (RCD) rated ≤ 30 mA (PN-IEC 61557-6).
• Do not use damaged cables or plugs; replace with components compliant with EN 60204-1.
Explosion & fire
• Do not spray flammable liquids (paints, solvents) in unventilated areas.
• Keep the compressor away from open flames, gasoline vapors, and other flammable substances.
• Do not perform spark-generating work (welding, cutting) near the tank – risk of rupture and explo-
sion.

SEVERE HAZARDS
Mechanical injury
• Never remove guards from moving parts while under pressure.
• Before use inspect fittings, hoses, and pipes – do not use cracked or frayed components.
• Do not aim compressed air at people, animals, or fragile objects.
• Do not touch pulleys, shafts, or other moving parts during operation.
Burns
• Do not touch hot motor components, discharge hoses, or the tank.
• Maintain at least 30 cm clearance from walls, flammable materials, and other objects.
• Allow the machine to cool before servicing.
Hearing damage
• If noise exceeds 85 dB(A), wear hearing protection.
• Prolonged exposure may cause permanent hearing loss.
Inhalation of condensate & contaminants
• Do not inhale compressed air directly – it may contain oil, dust, and coolant.
• Drain condensate from the tank at least once daily.
• For breathing applications use only certified filters.
PRESSURE HAZARD
• Never exceed the maximum working pressure specified in the compressor or tool data.
• Regularly check the safety valve – do not operate if the valve is damaged or blocked.
NOTICE
• Set the working pressure according to the pneumatic tool’s recommendations – do not exceed the
rated maximum.
• Do not use extension leads with incorrect conductor size – use cables as recommended by the
manufacturer.
• Use only original filters, safety valves, and accessories.
• Regularly check oil level, air filters, and valves.
• Store the compressor in a dry, ventilated area, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Before transport ensure the tank is completely vented.
• In industrial environments operators must be trained per health & safety regulations.
• Compliance with these warnings is essential for user safety, bystanders, and equipment longevity.
