EN INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you very much for choosing a Humberg product.
The manual contains important instructions for safety, use and disposal of the device. Please read the
instructions before using the product and keep them for future reference.
The equipment complies with European Standard EN 1494:2000+A1:2008.
Symbols explanation
Before using the device, carefully read the operating manual and all safety recommenda-
tions. Keep the manual.
It is recommended to wear protective gloves.
It is recommended to wear protective goggles.
Always support a lifted vehicle with appropriate jack stands.
Block the wheels on both sides that are not lifted.
Only lift the vehicle on a dedicated rubber saddle.
Never lift a vehicle with a person inside.
Never remain under a lifted vehicle.
Never lift a vehicle on an inclined surface.
Do not use the jack to raise, level, or stabilize a caravan, camper, or other building structu-
res.
Do not use the jack with any pads or adapters on the saddle.
Never lift a vehicle resting on a rubber ring.

⚠ Warnings!
Failure to comply with these warnings can lead to serious injury to you, your vehicle or the
machine.
• Read the manual and the health and safety regulations applicable in your area carefully before
operating the machine.
• The illustrations in the manual are for reference only and may differ from the actual appearance of
the product.
• Familiarise yourself with the components of the equipment before using it.
• Practice working with the equipment. If in doubt, ask a specialist to explain its functions and wor-
king techniques.
• The use of protective gloves is recommended.
• Carefully check the condition of the equipment before working with the lift.
• Do not use the jack to lift, level or stabilise caravans or any building structures.
• Always secure a raised vehicle with workshop supports. Lock the wheels, which are not lifted, on
both sides.
• The jack is only to be used for lifting vehicles with a total weight not exceeding the value shown on
the rating plate. Do not overload the jack.
• Do not lift the vehicle if there is a passenger inside.
• Do not use the jack to lift people or animals.
• Do not use the lift under adverse conditions (e.g. extreme climate conditions, strong magnetic
fields) or in areas subject to special rules (e.g. explosive atmospheres, mines).
• Do not use the lift when there is a risk of wind pressure during use.
• Do not use the lift when it shows signs of wear.
• Do not place loads on the lift whose nature may lead to dangerous situations (e.g. molten metal,
acids, radiating materials, especially brittle loads).
• Do not use on ships.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity. Do not use when the effort generated may exceed the
values indicated on the rating plate.
• Use only original spare parts offered by the service or manufacturer.
• Avoid loose clothing and jewellery when using the lift. Keep long hair up.
• Do not use additional supports or extensions without consulting a qualified person.
• Only use the lift on a hard and flat surface.
• Make sure the object to be lifted is firmly placed on the jack and there is no risk of it falling or
moving.
• Do not change the valve pressure settings.
• Never leave the jack under load.
• Secure the vehicle against the possibility of spontaneous movement or falling before lifting.
• Keep a first aid kit nearby in case of injury.
Checking before first use
1. Familiarise yourself with the equipment and check its general condition.
2. Connect the compressor and unscrew the inlet valve (Fig. I. 2c) until you reach the maximum
height. Then close the inlet valve.
3. Open the outlet valve (Fig. I. 2a). The lift will drop to the lowest level. If everything is working cor-
rectly, you can start lifting the vehicle properly.
