CRISPY FINISH PROGRAM
Enhance
your
dishes
with
the
Crispy
Finish
program.
This
feature
is
recommended
to
be combined
with Air
Fry, Broil, Roast,
Bake and
Reheat programs. It
works
by adding
an
extra
two
minutes
of
Infra-heat
at
230°C
at
the
end
of
the
cooking
cycle.
Perfect
for
achieving
a
sear-like
finish,
it
is
ideal
for
chicken
wings,
steaks,
and
vegetables,
enhancing both flavor and texture.
Crispy mode should not be used with fries.
COOKING GUIDE
The
table below
helps you
to select
the basic
settings
for the
food you
want to
prepare.
Note: The cooking times below ar
e only a guide and may vary according to the

shaking

food,
pull
the
drawer
out

appliance
by
the
handle
and
shake
it.
Slide

drawer
back
into
the
appliance, the appliance will restart automatically

Tip: Y
ou can set the timer to half of the cooking time, and when the timer
sounds, shake the ingredients. Then set the timer again for the r
emaining
cooking time.
Note: If the drawer is r
emoved during cooking, the appliance goes into

you
hear
the
timer
sound,
the
cooking
time
set
has
finished
and
the
appliance
beeps.
Pull the
drawer
out of
the appliance
and
place it
on
a heat-resistant
surface.

Check if the food is ready
.
If the
food is not ready
yet, simply slide
the drawer back into
the appliance and
set
the timer for a few extr
a minutes.

the
food
is
cooked,
use
a
pair
of
non-metallic
tongs
(e.g.,
silicone
tongs)
to
lift
the food
out
of
the
drawer.
Excess oil
from
the food
is
collected
in
the
bottom
of
the
drawer.
Caution: Never turn the dr
awer upside-down, as the remo
vable grid and hot
oil could fall out.
After cooking, the drawer
, the grid, and the food are very hot. Handle with
caution. Use both hands and oven mitt if the dr
awer is too heavy.

batch
of
food
is
ready,
the
appliance
is
instantly
ready
for
preparing
another batch of food.

CLEANING
Clean the appliance after every use.
The drawer and the grid have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils
or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick
coating.
