IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before using the appliance, please take the me to read this user
manual to familiarise yourself with the funcons of the appliance
and ensure that you use it as intended. To do so, follow the
instrucons outlined in the user manual. The manufacturer accepts
no liability for damage resulng from the use of the appliance for
purposes other than its intended use or from improper handling.
Keep the user manual handy so that you can refer to it when
needed.
1.
This appliance can be used by children at least 8 years
of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilies, or lacking experience or knowledge of
the product, provided that they have been given adequate
supervision or instrucon concerning safe use of the appliance
and understand the hazards involved.
2.
Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they
are at least 8 years of age, and supervised. Keep the cable
and appliance out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
3.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
an external mer, a separate remote control system or any
other device that can turn on the appliance automacally.
4.
The appliance is intended for domesc use only. Do not use it

for any purposes that are incompable with its intended use.
5.
The appliance must be connected to an earthed socket outlet
with specicaons consistent with the values on the rang
plate.
6.
Check to make sure that the total current consumpon of all
devices connected to the wall socket does not exceed the
maximum load of the fuse.
7. When using an extension cable, check that the total power
consumpon of the equipment connected to the extension
cable does not exceed the maximum load of the extension
cable. Arrange the extension cable in a way that minimises
the risk of accidental pulling and tripping.
8. Do not let the power cable of the appliance hang over the
edge of a table or shelf, or touch a hot surface.
9.
Always disconnect the device from the power supply before
performing any maintenance work.
10.
When disconnecng the power cord, always pull it out of the
socket by holding the plug. Never remove the power cable
by pulling the cable itself. This may damage the plug or cable
and, in extreme cases, result in an electric shock.
11. Never leave the appliance unaended when plugged in.
12. Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid. Do
not clean the appliance under a direct stream of water.
13.
The appliance should be cleaned regularly following the
recommendaons outlined in the secon on Cleaning and
maintenance.
14.
Do not place the appliance near heat sources, ames, electric
heang elements, or a hot oven, or on top of any other
appliance.
15.
Exercise special cauon when using the appliance with
children or pets nearby.
16.
Do not expose the appliance to weather condions (rain,
sunlight, etc.) or operate it in high humidity condions (such
as in the bathroom).
17.
Regularly inspect the condion of the power cable. If the
power cable becomes damaged, it should be replaced at
the manufacturer’s authorised service centre to prevent any
potenal hazards.
18.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged
or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged in any
other way, or it is not working properly. Do not aempt to

repair the appliance yourself, as there is a risk of electric
shock. Take the defecve device to a qualied service centre
for inspecon or repair. Repairs may only be undertaken by
authorised service centres. An incorrectly performed repair
can cause serious danger to the user.
19.
Use only original or manufacturer-recommended accessories.
The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer
may damage the appliance and endanger the safety of the
user.
20.
Place the device on a level, heat-resistant surface, away from
ammable materials such as curtains, drapes, wallpapers, etc.
21. To ensure proper air circulaon, maintain at least 10 cm of
free space on each side of the appliance and at least 30 cm
above the appliance.
22.
Do not obstruct the venlaon openings of the appliance,
as this may lead to overheang and damage the appliance.
23.
Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance. Use protecve
gloves when handling or touching hot components.
24.
Avoid placing porons taking up too much space in the
heang chamber of the appliance, as this may result in a re
and damage the appliance.
25.
Do not place cardboard, paper, plasc, or other ammable
and fusible items in the appliance.
26. Clean the appliance aer each use. Wait approximately 30
minutes aer the last use before cleaning.
27.
Do not use metal washers for cleaning the appliance. Broken
pieces of wire can come into contact with electrical elements,
posing a risk of electric shock.
28.
Because of high temperatures, exercise special cauon when
taking out cooked foods, removing hot fat or other hot liquids,
and handling accessories and appliance components.
29.
Do not use metal cutlery or any other sharp cooking utensils,
as they can scratch the non-sck layers in the basket and
bowl.
30. Do not ll the fryer bowl with oil or other fat. Knapper Chef
Dual uses hot air for thermal food processing.
31. Do not switch on the device with the tank lled with water
or any other liquid.
CAUTION! Hot surface – surfaces may become hot
during use.
