KNOW
YOUR
TOA
STER
FOR
THE
FIRST
USE
As
there
is
manufacturing
res
idue
or
oil
remained
in
the
toaster
or
heat
ele
ment,
usually
it
will
emit
the
odor
for
the
first
use.
It
is
normal
and
will
not
occur
after
several
times
us
e,
for
the
first
use
it
is
suggested
the
operation
according
to
the
below
steps,
except
without
brea
d,
then
let
the
toaster
cool
down
and
begin
toasting
the
first
s
lice.
USING
YOUR
TOAST
ER
1.
Put
bread
slice
into
the
bread
slot
which
can
be
inserted
two
slices
at
mos
t
every
time.
Only
the
regular
slice
can
be
placed
into
the
bread
slot.
NOTE:
Make
sure
the
crumb
tray
is
c
ompletely
positioned
in
place
before
using.
2.
Plug
the
power
cord
into
the
outlet.
3.Set
color
control
knob
to
your
desired
color.
There
is
7-position
level,
the
lowest
is
white
and
the
highest
is
puce.
The
bread
slice
can
be
toas
ted
to
golden
color
at
the
positi
on
of
“4”.
Note
:
A)
Toasting
color
for
one
side
is
darker
than
that
for
double
bread
at
the
sam
el
e
v
e
l
.
B)
If
toasted
continuously,
toas
ting
color
for
the
latter
bread
is
darker
than
the
color
of
previous
cycle
at
t
h
es
a
m
el
e
v
e
l
.
4.Press
carriage
handle
down
vertically
until
it
is
positioned
in
place,
t
he
indicator
of
Cancel
wi
ll
be
illuminated,
and
toasting
begins
.
Once
the
bread
has
been
toasted
to
the
pr
eset
color,
the
carriage
handle
will
be
automatically
s
prung
up,
and
you
can
remove
the
bread
readil
y.
Note:
The
carriage
han
dle
can
only
be
l
atched
when
the
appliance
connects
to
t
he
p
ower
supply.
5.During
the
toasted
process,
you
may
observe
the
toasting
color.
If
it
is
s
atis
factory,
you
may
interrupt
the
toasting
process
by
pressing
the
Cancel
button
at
any
time.
6.
If
the
bread
has
been
taken
out
from
refrigerator.
Set
color
control
knob
to
your
desired
color.
Press
carriage
handle
down
vertically
until
it
is
positioned
in
plac
e,
then
pres
s
DEFROST
button
and
the
indicator
of
DEFROST
will
be
illu
minated.
In
this
mode
it
will
be
toasted
to
your
desired
c
olor.
7.If
you
want
to
reheat
the
cold
toasted
bread.
Press
c
arriage
handle
down
v
ertically
until
it
is
positioned
in
place,
then
press
REHEAT
button
and
the
indicator
of
REHEAT
will
be
illumina
ted.
In
this
mode
toasting
time
is
fixed,
s
o
long
as
time
is
running
over,
the
carriage
ha
ndle
will
automatically
spring
up
and
end
up
the
reheating
process
.
CAUTION
1.
Remove
all
protective
wrappings
prior
to
toas
ting.
2.
If
toaster
starts
to
smoke,
Press
Cancel
button
to
stop
toasting
immediately.
3.
Avoid
toasting
the
food
with
extremely
runny
ingredients
such
as
butter
.
4.
Never
attempt
to
remove
bread
jammed
in
the
s
lots
without
unplugging
the
toaster
from
the
elec
trical
outlet
first.
Be
sure
not
to
damage
the
internal
mechanism
or
heating
ele
ments
when
removing
bread.
5.
The
bread
slot
is
only
applicable
for
toas
ting
regular
bread
slice
6.
In
order
to
achieve
uniform
color
we
r
ecommend
that
you
should
wait
minim
um
30s
between
each
toasting
so
that
color
control
can
reset
automaticall
y.
CLEANING
AND
MA
INTENANCE
1.
Before
cleaning,
unplug
from
the
appliance
and
let
the
appliance
cool
do
wn
completely.
2.
Wipe
the
outside
with
soft
dry
cloth,
never
us
e
metal
polish.
3.
Pull
out
crumb
tray
at
the
bottom
of
toaster
and
empty
it.
If
toaster
is
use
d
frequently,
accumulated
bread
crumbs
should
be
removed
at
least
once
a
week
.
Make
sure
the
crumb
tray
is
completely
closed
before
using
the
toaster
again.
4.
When
not
use
or
storage,
the
power
cord
may
be
wound
under
the
bottom
of
toa
ster.
