Before operating the appliance, please read the instruction
manual and follow the instructions provided. The
manufacturer is not liable for any damages resulting from use
of the appliance contrary to its intended use or inappropriate

The appliance is intended for home use only. Do not use for
other purposes contrary to its intended use. Do not use for

This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of

equipment, if supervised or instructed on its safe use so that

The scale is a precision device. Do not drop, hit or shake it.
If the scale is not used for a long time, remove the batteries.
Batteries that are flat or out of use for a long time may leak.
The appliance is not intended for people with a pacemaker or
other medical implants. Tissue measurement is not
recommended for pregnant women and people during
dialysis.
Before stepping on the scale, make sure the platform is dry.
The scale can be slippery if its surface is wet.
The scale must not be used near strong electromagnetic
fields.

product is covered by the European Directive 2012/19/EU. Please inform yourself about the
local separate collection system for electrical and electronic products. Used appliance
should be delivered to the dedicated collecting points due to hazardous components, which
may affect the environment. Do not dispose this appliance in the common waste bin.
Your product contains batteries covered by the European Directive 2006/66/EC, which
cannot be dispose with normal household waste. Please inform yourself about the local rules
on separate collection of batteries because correct disposal helps to prevent negative

separate into three materials: cardboard (box), polystyrene foam (buffer) and poly ethylene
(bags, protective foam sheet). Your system consists of material which can be recycled and
reused if disassembled by a specialized company. Please observe the local regulations
regarding the disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.

REPLACING THE BATTERIES
1. Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device. Remove the used battery.
2. Insert a new battery paying attention to the proper polarity.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT
Make sure the batteries are operational and inserted into the device. Place the scale on a flat, hard
surface.
Step on the scale. It will start automatically and calibrate, then it will indicate the result of the
measurement. Wait for the result to stabilize, it will pulse for some time, then the scale will turn off

automatically.
CHANGING THE UNITS
To change units from metric (kg) to imperial (lb) or vice versa, start the scale and find the units change
button. Press the button to change units.
THE INSTALLATION OF THE MOBILE APP ON THE PHONE
Search for the MovingLife app in Google Play (for android phones) or AppStore (for iOS phones). Install
the application.
The following QR code will help to search for the right application.
THE FIRST STARTUP OF THE APP
Make sure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is active. Run the application.
Follow the instructions in the app. The application will allow you to create an account in the cloud or
store data only locally on your mobile (guest mode). Start the scale by stepping on it. Add the device
"Smart personal scale" in the application.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITH ANALYSIS WITH THE USE OF THE APP
Make sure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is active. Run the application.
Stand on the scales on bare feet, touching the metal surfaces on the scales platform.
The scales will start and calibrate and show the measurement result on the display. Wait a moment
until the scales measure and analyse the resistance. The measurement result will be presented in the
application.
ERROR MESSAGES
Err – The scale has been overloaded.
Lo – Low battery, replace the batteries.
If an error is displayed and the scale does not turn off automatically after a longer time, remove the
batteries for more than 5 seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe the weighing platform with a damp cloth. Then wipe dry. Do not submerge in water or other
liquids.
