IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
PRECAUTIONS
The equipment has been designed with user safety in mind. However, as with any training equipment, special care must
be taken during assembly and use. Before assembly and before using the Roman bench for the first time, read the entire
user manual carefully. Pay particular attention to the following safety rules:
1. Always keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not leave children unattended in the room where the
equipment is located.
2. Only one person may use the equipment at a time.
3. If dizziness, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, back pain or any other disturbing symptoms occur, stop
exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
4. Place the equipment on a clean, level, stable and dry surface. Do not use the equipment near water, in damp rooms or
outdoors, unless the product is intended for such use.
5. Before each use, check the stability of the equipment and make sure that all bolts, nuts, pins, supports, handles, rollers
and adjustment elements are properly secured.
6. Do not use the equipment if it is damaged, unstable, incomplete, or if any part is loose, worn, cracked or deformed.
7. Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of the equipment, which is 350 kg. This value includes the total weight of
the user and any additional load used during exercise.
8. Before starting exercise, make sure that all adjustment elements are properly set and locked.
9. Before getting on the equipment, make sure that the leg supports, cushions and handles are stable and properly secured.
10. Be careful when getting on and off the equipment to avoid losing balance or falling.
11. Perform exercises slowly and in a controlled manner. Do not make sudden movements or excessive spinal
hyperextensions.
12. Do not exercise with an additional load that you cannot safely control.
13. Keep hands, fingers, feet, hair, loose clothing and other body parts away from adjustment points, hinges and moving parts
of the equipment.
14. Wear appropriate sports clothing and sports shoes during exercise. Do not wear loose clothing, belts, scarves or other
items that could get caught on the equipment.
15. Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided in this manual.
16. Do not stand on cushions, handles or any other parts of the equipment that are not intended for this purpose. Do not use
the equipment as a ladder, platform or work seat.
17. Do not perform jumps, dynamic exercises or sideways movements that may cause the equipment to lose stability.
18. Persons with reduced physical ability, persons requiring special care, persons with back problems or other health
problems should use the equipment only under the supervision of a qualified person or after consulting a doctor.
19. Warm up and stretch before starting exercise.
20. Do not modify the construction of the equipment yourself. Use only parts and accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
21. The equipment must be assembled according to the assembly instructions. It is recommended that assembly be carried
out by at least two people.
22. After assembly and before first use, check that the equipment has been assembled correctly and that all connections are
tightened.
