Thank you for choosing a Humberg product. This manual contains important safety, operating and
disposal instructions. Before use, please read and retain this document for future reference. The fol-
lowing warnings comply with legal requirements. Failure to observe these rules may result in serious
injury, equipment damage or voided warranty.

General Warnings
• Read the user manual. Before starting work with the device, carefully read the user manual and
safety instructions. Keep the manual in an easily accessible place.
• User qualifications. The device may only be operated by trained individuals with the appropriate
knowledge and experience. Minors and individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental capa-
bilities may use the device only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety.
• Intended use. Use the device only for the purposes described in the manual. Improper use may
lead to injury, damage to property, or damage to the device.
• Technical condition. Do not use a damaged or defective device. Before each use, check the techni-
cal condition of the device, including pressure hoses, nozzles, and moving parts. In case of defects,
contact an authorized service center.
• Safe working environment. Ensure that the workplace is clean, well-lit, and free from potential
hazards such as flammable substances or live electrical wires.
Safety Work Warnings
• Personal protective equipment:
• Wear protective gloves to minimize the risk of hand injuries.
• Wear safety glasses to protect eyes from debris or dust.
• It is recommended to use hearing protection during prolonged use of the device.
• When working in a dusty environment, use a dust mask.
• Wear a helmet in areas where there is a risk of falling objects.
• Mechanical hazard. Do not touch moving parts during operation. Keep hands, clothing, and
jewelry away from the rotating mechanism to avoid entanglement.
• Pneumatic safety:
• Do not exceed the maximum working pressure specified in the manual (according to the
PN-EN 60745-1 standard).

• Before connecting the pressure hose, ensure it is clean, airtight, and undamaged. Blow through
the hose to remove accumulated dust.
• Close the main air valve when connecting or disconnecting the pressure hose.
• Do not direct the pressurized air stream towards people, animals, or yourself.
• Fire and explosion hazard. Do not use the device in areas where there is a risk of explosion (e.g., in
the presence of flammable gases, vapors, or dust).
Operation and Maintenance Warnings
• Safe operation:
• Before changing nozzles, adjusting the torque, or changing the direction of rotation, disconnect
the device from the air source to prevent accidental operation.
• Ensure that the nozzles are properly secured to prevent them from falling out during operation.
• Do not apply excessive force or lean on the device to increase pressure.
• Maintenance:
• Store the device in a dry, clean place, away from moisture and workshop chemicals that may
damage the mechanisms.
• Regularly check the pneumatic oil level, especially after long periods of non-use.
• Repairs may only be performed by an authorized service center. Self-repair or modification of
the device is prohibited and may void the warranty.
• Post-operation procedure:
• Disconnect the device from the air source.
• Check the device for damage and store it in a safe place.
Environmental Warnings
• Disposal. In accordance with legal regulations, the device must not be disposed of with regular
waste. After use, take the device to an e-waste collection point for recycling.
• Environmental protection. Do not dispose of pneumatic oils or other chemicals in the environment.
Follow local regulations for waste disposal.
Device Construction
1. Reversing switch and torque adjustment – allows changing the direction of rotation (left/right) and
adjusting the tightening force.
2. Pneumatic connector – used to connect the pressure hose delivering compressed air.
3. Handle – ergonomic hand grip.
4. Trigger – activates the device when connected to the compressed air source.
5. 1/2" square drive – used to attach work tips (sockets).
Preparation for Operation
Checking the Technical Condition:
• Before each use, carefully check the device for mechanical damage such as cracks in the housing,
loose parts, or wear on the pneumatic hose.
• Ensure that the pressure hose is airtight, undamaged, and properly connected to the pneumatic
connector.
• Check that the work tips (sockets) are suitable for the task and do not show signs of wear.

Personal Protective Equipment:
• Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and, if necessary, hearing protection and a dust mask.
• Avoid wearing loose clothing, jewelry, or items that could get caught in the rotating mechanism.
Connecting to the Air Supply:
• Before connecting the pressure hose, close the main air valve.
• Blow through the pressure hose to remove contaminants such as dust or small particles.
• Connect the hose to the pneumatic connector of the device, ensuring that the connection is secure
and airtight.
Testing the Device:
• Gradually open the air valve to check if the device is functioning correctly. Only after confirming
proper operation, open the full air supply.
• If you notice any unusual sounds, vibrations, or other signs of malfunction, immediately turn off
the device and contact the service center.
Operating the Device
Attaching Work Tips:
• Select the appropriate socket for the task and secure it in the 1/2" square drive. Ensure the socket
is firmly seated to prevent it from falling off during operation.
• Before changing any work tips, disconnect the device from the air source.
Adjusting the Direction of Rotation and Torque:
• Set the direction switch to the correct position (left/right) depending on the task (tightening or
loosening).
• Adjust the torque to the task requirements to avoid damaging screws, nuts, or the device itself.
• Only make adjustments after disconnecting the device from the air source.
Operating the Trigger:
• Gently press the trigger to start the device. Gradually increase the pressure, controlling the speed
and force of the tool.
• Avoid applying excessive pressure to increase the clamping force, as this may damage the tool or
the workpiece.
Safety During Operation:
• Hold the device with both hands to ensure a stable grip.
• Do not point the work tip toward people, animals, or yourself.
• Avoid working near live electrical wires or in environments with flammable substances.
After Operation
Disconnecting the Device:
• Close the main air valve and disconnect the pressure hose from the device.
• Safely disconnect the work tips and store them in a designated place.
Checking the Condition of the Device:
• Check the device for damage, wear, or accumulation of contaminants.
• Clean the housing with a dry cloth, removing dust and small particles.
