Multi-function Button (MFB)

Function Operation

Power on Press and hold for 2 seconds

Power off Press and hold for 5 seconds

Volume Up Rotate clockwise

Volume Down Rotate counter-clockwise

Clear pairing In Power Off state, press and hold for 8 seconds

Play / Pause / Answer / Hang up * Press once

Reject call * When a call comes in, press and hold for 1 seconds

Next track * Double press

Previous track * Triple press

ANC Button

Function Operation

Transparency / ANC On / ANC Off (three-mode switching) Press once

Redial last number * Double press

* Note:

These functions are supported in Bluetooth mode. When using the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle,

functionality may vary depending on the connected device and operating system.

Microphone

LED Indicator

• Pairing: The red and blue indicators flash alternately.

• Pairing successful: The blue indicator flashes for 1 second.

• Charging: The red indicator remains on.

• Charging complete: The green indicator remains on.

2.4GHz connection

After plugging the wireless USB dongle into a PC, select “MSI MAESTRO 500 WIRELESS” as

the audio input/output device on the PC. When the wireless USB dongle is connected to other

handheld devices, it will be recognized as the default audio input/output device.

Note:

If the headset is connected to a PC via both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz (USB dongle), audio

output may depend on the connection order. For stable 2.4GHz audio, plug in the USB

dongle first, then select “MSI MAESTRO 500 WIRELESS” as the audio input/output device.

If no sound is heard, turn off Bluetooth, replug the USB dongle, and reselect the headset. If

the issue persists, reset the dongle by unplugging and replugging it four times while pressing

and holding the ANC button on the headset for 10 seconds. When the headset announces

“receiver connected,” the reset is successful.

Bluetooth Pairing

1� Place the headset within 1 meter of the mobile phone or other Bluetooth device. A shorter

distance helps ensure easier pairing.

2� Ensure that the headset is not connected to any device. Then press and hold the Multi-

function Button (MFB) until the red and blue indicators flash rapidly. The headset will enter

pairing mode.

3� Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone or other Bluetooth device and search for available

devices. Then select “MSI MAESTRO 500 WIRELESS” from the list. When the blue

indicator flashes for 1 second, pairing is successful.

• Bluetooth Auto Reconnect: After pairing is completed, the headset will automatically

reconnect to the last connected device when powered on again. If the connection is

interrupted because the headset moves out of range, it will automatically reconnect when it

returns within range within 5 minutes.

3.5mm audio

The headset will automatically power off after the 3.5 mm audio cable is plugged in.

Note:

The 3.5 mm wired mode supports audio only and does not support microphone transmission;

the microphone is available only in wireless mode (2.4 GHz / Bluetooth).
