Thank you for purchasing Neo-Sport branded equipment! This product is a device intended for
performing strength exercises using body weight, in particular for pull-up exercises. The product
has been designed as a HC (Home Class) device and is intended exclusively for home use, indo-
ors. The product is not a medical device and must not be used as therapeutic or rehabilitation
equipment. The construction of the product corresponds to the requirements provided for HC
class fitness equipment, in accordance with EN ISO 20957-1, within the scope applicable to this
type of equipment.
⚠ Warnings!
• Use the apparatus exclusively for home use. The product has HC (Home Class) classification
and must not be used as therapeutic, rehabilitation, or commercial equipment.
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible user weight, which is 100 kg.
• Use the apparatus only by one person at a time. Simultaneous use by more than one person
is prohibited.
• Place the apparatus on a dry, flat, and stable surface. The use of a protective mat or carpet is
recommended to additionally protect the floor.
• Do not use the product in damp rooms and do not place it on elevated or unstable surfaces.
• Maintain adequate free space around the device. The minimum free space should not be less
than 0.6 m, and at the point of dismounting the device it is recommended to leave at least 1
m of free space.
• Before first use and at regular intervals, check the condition of all screw connections and
fastening elements. Do not use the product if you notice looseness or improper fastening of
components.
• Exercise only on a fully functional, complete, and undamaged apparatus. If missing parts or
damage are detected, discontinue use until the issue has been resolved.
• If repair or replacement of parts is required, contact the seller. Do not perform any modifica-
tions or structural alterations yourself.
• Before starting training, perform a short warm-up lasting approximately 5–10 minutes.
• Exercise particular caution in the presence of children. Do not allow children or animals near
the device during exercises or immediately after their completion.
• Exercise in appropriate sports clothing and sports footwear. Avoid loose clothing that could
catch on structural elements. Remove jewelry before starting exercises.
• If you are ill, undergoing treatment, or have any doubts regarding your health condition, con-
sult a physician before starting training.
• If pain, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, or other disturbing symptoms occur, imme-
diately stop exercising and consult a physician.
• Avoid excessive loads and improper exercise technique, which may lead to serious injuries.
• When lifting or carrying the apparatus, maintain proper body posture to avoid spinal injuries.
• The product is intended exclusively for adults. Keep unsupervised children away from the
device. The apparatus is not a toy.
• Protect the product from fire and do not strike it with hard objects.
• During assembly, do not fully tighten all screws until the entire structure has been assem-
bled. After completing assembly, firmly tighten all connections.
