TIONS FOR USE:
Please read the user manual carefully bef
ore use and
strictly follow its instructions when using the pro-
duct. Please keep the user manual as it contains im-
portant information.
1. Connect the power cable into the socket only after
successful assembly and installation of the motor co-
ver!
2. Place the device on a at surface near a grounded
electrical outlet with the appropriate voltage and
frequency.
3. It is recommended to place the treadmill on a spe-
cial mat dedicated to tness equipment.
4. Connect the power cor
d to a surge protector (not
included), and then connect the surge protector to a
grounded circuit. No other devic
es should be on the
same circuit.
5.
The power cor
d must not be exposed to high tem-
peratures.
6.
The power cor
d must not be located near moving
parts of the treadmill, lifting mechanism or transpor
t
wheels.
7. Do not use ammable sprays near the device
.
Sparks in the engine area can cause a re in a am-
mable environment.

condition. If you notice any damage

to repair it yourself and do not use the tr

This product is designed for use on a 220V ra
ted
circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the
plug shown in sketch A in the gure below
.
Make sure the product is plugged into an outlet
with the same conguration as the plug. Do not use
an adapter

C. USE
THE DEVICE SAFEL

1. Place the treadmill on a clean, level surface.
The
treadmill can only be used when it is placed on a hard
and level surface.
2. Do not place the treadmill on thick carpet as this
may interfere with proper ven
tilation or damage the
carpet and treadmill motor
.
3. Position the tr
eadmill so that the plug is visible and
easily accessible.
4. Pro
vide an adequate amount of free space around
the treadmill (min. 0,6 m, pref
erably 1,5 m).

The treadmill is equipped with a security key
. After
removing the safety key
, the belt stops immediately
and the control panel is turned o (pow
er cut). T
o
turn the display back on, you must reinsert the secu-
rity key.
6. For saf
ety reasons, attach the plastic safety key clip
to your clothing befor
e each exercise. In the even
t of
a fall or if the treadmill suddenly increases speed due
to electronic failure or accidental incr
ease in speed,
the treadmill will automatically come t
o a sudden
stop when the safety key is remov
ed from the con-
sole.
7. Before use, make sur
e the running belt is properly
tensioned.
8. Before starting the treadmill, rst step on the side
platforms (on the right and left of the running belt),
then start the treadmill and step on the running belt
after starting (at minimum speed). This wa
y you will
avoid damaging the engine
.
9. Change the speed slowly to av
oid sudden changes.
Changes in treadmill speed will not be visible imme-
diately
. Use the buttons to set the desired speed on
the display
.
The device will adapt gradually
.

T
TENTION!
The option with the folded table
can only be used for walking - up to a maximum of 6
km/h! In case of running, the table must be disman-
tled.
11. Before leaving the tr
eadmill or when changing
settings on the console, step ont
o the side platforms
and always hold on to the handrails!
12. Be careful if you do other activities, such as wat-
ching
T
V or reading, while walking on the treadmill.
These activities can be distracting, leading to loss of
balance and causing falls and injuries.
13. Do not throw any objects into an
y openings in the
device.
14. Do not touch the moving parts of the device.
15.
This device is not intended for persons (including
children) with reduced ph
ysical tness, physical or
mental disabilities, or for persons who do not ha
ve
experience in exer
cising on a similar device or do not
have sucient inf
ormation and have not read the tre-
admill user manual.
These people may only ex
ercise
on the device under the strict super
vision of an au-
thorized person who is directly responsible for their
safety
. Under no circumstances should children play
with the device.
16. Consult your doctor or other health care pr
ofes-
sional before beginning an
y exercise pr
ogram. It can
help you adjust your ex
ercise frequency and intensity
(target heart rate) and duration to suit your age and
physical condition.

18. Do not wear long, loose clothes that could get
stuck in the device. Alwa
ys wear running or aerobics
shoes with a rubber sole. Never use the tr

earing only socks or sandals.

not intended for long-term use

20. It is recommended to disconnect the power sup-
ply for 10 minutes after 1 hour of running in order to
prevent ex
cessive use of the equipment and possible
resulting faults.
