contains important information.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS AND RECOMMENDA-
TIONS FOR USE:
Please read the user manual carefully before use and
strictly follow its instructions when using the product.
Please keep the user manual as it contains important
information.
1. Connect the power cable into the socket only after
successful assembly and installation of the motor
cover!
2. Place the device on a at surface near a grounded
electrical outlet with the appropriate voltage and
frequency.
3. It is recommended to place the treadmill on a spe-
cial mat dedicated to tness equipment.
4. Connect the power cord to a surge protector (not
included), and then connect the surge protector
to a grounded circuit. No other devices should be on
the same circuit.
5. The power cord must not be exposed to high
temperatures.
6. The power cord must not be located near moving
parts of the treadmill, lifting mechanism or transport
wheels.
7. Do not use ammable sprays near the device.
Sparks in the engine area can cause a re in a am-
mable environment.
8. The power cord and plug must always be in perfect
condition. If you notice any damage, do not attempt
to repair it yourself and do not use the treadmill!
Servicing other than the procedures described in this
manual should only be performed by an authorized
service center.
Do not use extension cords or attempt
to modify the supplied power cord
in any way. This may cause a risk of re or
electric shock, or damage to your computer.
The appliance must be properly grounded.
9. Always unplug the power cord before removing
any part of the treadmill cover.
10. DANGER - Unplug the treadmill when cleaning
or maintaining it. This will prevent the risk of electric
shock
11. Never expose the treadmill to moisture or rain.
The treadmill is not intended for outdoor use. It sho-
uld not be used near a swimming pool or other high
humidity environment.
This product must be grounded. In the event of
a malfunction or failure, grounding provides the path
of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with
a cord that has a grounding wire and a grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded
in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
This product is designed for use on a 220V rated
circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the
plug shown in sketch A in the gure below.
Make sure the product is plugged into an outlet
with the same conguration as the plug. Do not use
an adapter.
DANGER – Improper connection of the
unit’s grounding conductor may result
in the risk of electric shock. If you are unsure
whether the product is properly grounded,
contact a qualied electrician or service tech-
nician. Do not modify the plug supplied with
the product - if it will not t the socket, an ap-
propriate socket should be installed by a quali-
ed electrician.

C. USE THE DEVICE SAFELY
1. Place the treadmill on a clean, level surface. The
treadmill can only be used when it is placed on a hard
and level surface.
2. Do not place the treadmill on thick carpet as this
may interfere with proper ventilation or damage the
carpet and treadmill motor.
3. Position the treadmill so that the plug is visible and
easily accessible.
4. Provide an adequate amount of free space around
the treadmill (min. 0,6 m, preferably 2 m).
5. The treadmill is equipped with a security key. After
removing the safety key, the belt stops immediately
and the control panel is turned o (power cut).
To turn the display back on, you must reinsert the
security key.
6. For safety reasons, attach the plastic safety key clip
to your clothing before each exercise. In the event of
a fall or if the treadmill suddenly increases speed due
to electronic failure or accidental increase in speed,
the treadmill will automatically come to a sudden
stop when the safety key is removed from the con-
sole.
7. Before use, make sure the running belt is properly
tensioned.
8. Before starting the treadmill, rst step on the side
platforms (on the right and left of the running belt),
then start the treadmill and step on the running belt
after starting (at minimum speed). This way you will
avoid damaging the engine.
9. Change the speed slowly to avoid sudden changes.
Changes in treadmill speed will not be visible imme-
diately. Use the buttons to set the desired speed on
the display. The device will adapt gradually.
10. Before leaving the treadmill or when changing
settings on the console, step onto the side platforms
and always hold on to the handrails!
11. Be careful if you do other activities, such as wat-
ching TV or reading, while walking on the treadmill.
These activities can be distracting, leading to loss
of balance and causing falls and injuries.
12. Do not throw any objects into any openings in the
device.
13. Do not touch the moving parts of the device.
14. This device is not intended for persons (including
children) with reduced physical tness, physical or
mental disabilities, or for persons who do not have
experience in exercising on a similar device or do not
have sucient information and have not read the
treadmill user manual. These people may only exercise
on the device under the strict supervision of an au-
thorized person who is directly responsible for their
safety. Under no circumstances should children play
with the device.
15. Consult your doctor or other health care profes-
sional before beginning any exercise program. It can
help you adjust your exercise frequency and intensity
(target heart rate) and duration to suit your age and
physical condition.
16. ATTENTION! If you experience pain or pressu-
re in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness
of breath, feel weak or uncomfortable during
exercise, STOP TRAINING IMMEDIATELY! Consult
your doctor before proceeding.
Measuring your heart rate is not used to assess your
health. Heart rate detection can be aected by va-
rious factors, including user movement. Heart rate
measurement is only an orientation guide during
training.
18. Wear appropriate clothing when exercising on the
treadmill. Do not wear long, loose clothes that could
get stuck in the device. Always wear running or aero-
bics shoes with a rubber sole. Never use the treadmill
while barefoot or wearing only socks or sandals.
19. The treadmill is intended for home use only and is
not intended for long-term use.
20. It is recommended to disconnect the power sup-
ply for 10 minutes after 1 hour of running in order
to prevent excessive use of the equipment and possi-
ble resulting faults.
