4. Safety instructions
•The product is intended for private,non-commercial use only.
•The product is intended only for use inside buildings.
•Use the product only for the intended purpose.
•Protect the product from dirt, moistureand overheatingand
useitindry rooms only.
•Children should be supervised to ensurethatthey do not play
with the product.
•Do not use the product in areas in which electronic products
arenot permitted.
•Only operate the product from asocket thathas been
approved for the device. The electricalsocket must always be
easily accessible.
•Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/
Off switch –ifthis is not available, unplugthe power cord

6. Start-up and operation
6.1 Direct power supplytothe aerial via the USB
connection on the digital TV /set-top box (Fig.2a)
•Connect the coaxial cable on the aerialtothe TV or set-top
box.
•Connect the USB cable to an available USB input on your TV
or set-top box.
•TV or set-top box switchedon.
•Ensurethat the LED (2) lights up.
6.2 Power supplytothe aerial via external USBpower
supply unit (Fig. 2b)
•Connect the coaxial cableonthe aerialtothe TV or set-top
box.
•Connect the USB cable to asuitableUSB power supply unit
(not included in the extent of delivery)and connect the
power supply unit to asocket.
•TV or set-top box switchedon.
•Ensurethat the LED (2) lights up.
Note
Only use power supplyunits appropriate to the power supply
or asuitable USB connection with an output current of at
least 50 mA.

6.3 Standing (Pic 3a) /wall mounting (Pic 3b)
The aerial can be stood up in squareformat or,thanks to a
variable and lockable foot, can also be mounted on the wallin
portrait or landscape format. To do this, loosen the fastening
screw (4) and securethe base according to the desired setup
conguration using the screw.With wallmounting, please
use suitable screws and plugs (not included in the extentof
delivery) to securethe bracket (base) tothe wall.
Note -Wallmounting
•Beforemounting, check that the wall you have chosen is
suitable for the weight to be mounted. Also make sure
that thereare no electric, water,gas or other lines running
through the wallatthe mounting site.
•After the product has been installed, checkthat it is
suciently stable. Youshould repeat this check at regular
intervals.
6.4 TV reception
Note
Please note that the number and quantity of stations received
mayvaryaccordingtothe position of the aerial and the local
conditions.
7. Care and maintenance
Only clean this product using alint-free, slightly dampcloth
and do not use any harsh cleaners.
