Functionality, design and conformity to the quality standards guarantee

Please read and comply with these original instructions prior to the initial operation
of your appliance and store them for later use of subsequent owners.
Slicer is designed for slicing of meat, cheese, sausages, bread, fruit and vegetables only
in living (home) environment.
Under condition of observance of user regulations and a specialpurpose designation,
a parts of appliance do not contain unhealthy substances.

Safety instructions
When using your appliance, basic safety precautions should
always be followed,including the following:
- DO NOT leave the appliance unnecessarily plugged in. Disconnect the plug from the mains when the
appliance is not being used.
- Always turn o the switch (time controller) and take electrical connector out of socket before cleaning and
storage.
- DO NOT use the power cord or the appliance in order to pull the plug out of the socket.
- Only plug the appliance into an outlet with an earthed (ground) contact.
- In the interest of safety, regular periodic close checks should be carried out on the supply cord to ensure no
damage is evident.
Should there be any signs that the cord is damaged in the slightest degree, the entire appliance should be
returned be authorized service engineer.
-If your device was brought from cold to warm room, do not switch it on within 2 hours to prevent damage
due to condensation on internal parts
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not operate the appliance if damaged, after an appliance malfunctions or it has been damaged in any
manner, return to at authorized service engineer for repair.
- DO NOT let children or untrained persons use the appliance without supervision.
- Keep the power cord away from the hot and sharp surfaces. The power cord should not touch the top part
and the back wall of the oven during its operation.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces.

Actions in extreme situations:
- If a device tumbled into water, immediately, unplug the device, not touching to the device or water.
- In case of appearance from appliance of smoke, sparkling, strong smell of a burn isolation, immediately
stop use the device, unplug the device, appeal to the nearest service center.
ATTENTION!
- Be careful while handling the cutting edge of the knife. The knife is very sharp. Be extremely
careful when operating the device when the knife is rotating, as well as when cleaning the knife.
- Do not bring the cut product up to the knife with your hands, but only with a pusher.
- Always disconnect appliance before cleaning, assembling,
disassembling, loading and unloading products. Perform assembly and disassembly only
after full stop of moving parts.
Do not use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts are damaged
In case of failure to observe the rules a danger of serious damages may arise!
Never use any accessories of parts from other manufacture .Your guarantee will become invalid if such
accessories or parts have been used.

INTENDED USE. Operation guidelines
- Clean all parts of the appliance before the rst uses.
- Assemble the thumb guard and the sliding feed table.
- Put the sliding feed table in a vertical position in order to mount it correctly on the support.
- Add the piece holder.
- Select the slicing thickness by turning the adjusting knob.
- Plug in the appliance. The slicer is now ready for use.
- Lay the food to be sliced between the blade and the piece holder.
- Push simultaneously the on/o button and the safety lock with your left hand.
The blade will start rotating. For safety reasons, the appliance only works if both buttons are pushed.
- Push the sliding feed table with your right hand to bring the food to the blade.
- To avoid food sticking to the appliance, you can moisten the blade with a wet towel beforehand. This also
allows you to slice more easily.
- Always use the piece holder when slicing small parts.
