• Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid)
and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it
immediately.
• When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the
plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS DEVICE
• Do not use the fryer without oil. The Fryer will be severely damaged if heated dry. Fat which can not be melted
will cause your fryer to overheat.
• Before using your fryer for the rst time, wash the oil pot, cover and frying basket in warm soapy water and dry
thoroughly. It is important that your fryer is completely dry prior to use as water will cause the hot oil to spatter.
• Do not immerse the main unit or power cord in water.
• Do not place oversized foods or utensils not recommended by the manufacturer in the fryer.
• To prevent burns, do not touch any metal parts of the fryer as they are very hot. Always use heat resistant gloves.
• Place the device on a stable and level surface to prevent it from falling.
• Only use the device for deep frying. Only cook friable and consumable foodstuff.
• Never operate the device without oil or fat in it. Ensure that the oil level is always between the minimum and
maximum marks inside the oil container. Never overll as hot oil might be ejected.
• Make sure the hot parts of the device are not exposed to inammable materials, such as curtains, tablecloth, etc
as a re might occur.
• Never cover the device with any kind of material. Provide proper ventilation when it is in use.
• The fryer can reach high temperature when It is in use. Oil preparations might catch re if overheated. Be
extremely cautious!
• Never keep your fryer in use for long periods. Switch off the device once your preparation is ready.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE THE COVER
To remove the cover, lift the cover to a vertical position and pull it upwards.
To assblem back the cover, insert the metal ending into slots in the back side of main unit housing vertically.
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
• Press cover opening button, the cover will be open automatically.
• Before using your fryer for the rst time, wash the oil pot, cover and frying basket in warm soapy water and dry
thoroughly. It is important that your fryer is completely dry prior to use as water will cause the hot oil to spatter.
• Pour around 2 to 2,5 Litres oil into the oil pot. The oil level must be between the MAX and MIN level marked on
the surface of the oil pot.
• Connect the power cord into the mains and the power indicator will lit up.
• Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature and close the cover. To reach a stable and proper
temperature for use, it is necessary to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. When the desired temperature achieved, the heat
indicator will go off. Proper preheating will allow you to have browned and crispy fries. When the temperature
falls, the thermostat will be activated automatically, and the heat indicator will lit again. It will keep the selected
temperature automatically.
• When the fryer has reached the desired temperature, open the cover by pressing the cover opening button.
• Place the right amount of the fresh fries, sh, chicken, ect. Into the frying basket.
• Pull up the handle of the basket till it clicks to the point. Slide the ending of the handle to the slot on the main
unit housing.
• You can stir the foodstuff a bit when they are frying.
• When the food is ready, raise the basket by lifting the handle to let the oil drain. If necessary you can take the
basket out of the oil pot.
• After use, turn the temperature controller to position “0” and unplug the device. Never move the device as long
as the oil or fat is still hot.
Note: The cover is tted with a permanent lter, which collects drops of oil from steam as they pass through the
lter. It can reduce the smoke in frying.
NOTE:
• The liquid oil is suitable for deep fryer. If you want to use solid fat, Cut the fat into small pieces and select
the lowest temperature. When using solid fat, it must dissolve slowly so that it can circumnavigate the
heating element. There is a risk of overheating and it can damage your device when set the temperature
too high!
TIPS FOR BEST FRYING RESULTS
• Always dry food well before frying. Very “wet” food can cause the oil to foam and may overow.
• Food for frying should be roughly the same size to ensure the food cooks evenly and thoroughly.
• Many types of food may need to be coated before frying. Batter and breadcrumbs are typical coatings.
• Before add food, always wait until the fryer has reached the desired temperature and the heat indicator has gone
off.
• Do NOT overll the basket.

CLEANING

STORAGE
