el is always between the minimum and

HOW T
O ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE THE C
OVER
T
o remove the cov
er, lift the cov
er to a vertical position and pull it upwards.
T
o assblem back the cover
, insert the metal ending into slots in the back side of main unit housing vertically.
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
• Press cover opening butt
on, the cover will be open automatically
.
• Before using your fryer for the rst time, wash the oil pot, co
ver and frying basket in warm soapy water and dry
thoroughly. It is important that your fryer is completely dry prior to use as water will cause the hot oil to spatter
.
• Pour around 2 to 2,5 Litres oil in
to the oil pot. The oil lev
el must be between the MAX and MIN level marked on
the surface of the oil pot.
• Connect the power cord into the mains and the pow
er indicator will lit up.
• Set the temperature controller to the desir
ed temperature and close the cover
.
T
o reach a stable and proper
temperature for use, it is nec
essary to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. W
hen the desired temperature achieved, the heat
indicator will go off. P
roper preheating will allow you to hav
e browned and crispy fries.
When the temperature
falls, the thermostat will be activated automatically
, and the heat indicator will lit again. It will keep the selected
temperature automatically
.
• When the fryer has reached the desired temper
ature, open the cover by pr
essing the cover opening button.
• Place the right amount of the fresh fries, sh, chicken, ect. Into the frying basket.
• Pull up the handle of the basket till it clicks to the point. Slide the ending of the handle to the slot on the main
unit housing.
• Y
ou can stir the foodstuff a bit when they are frying.
• When the f
ood is ready, raise the basket by lifting the handle to let the oil drain. If necessary you can take the
basket out of the oil pot.
• After use, turn the temperature contr
oller to position
“0” and unplug the device
. Never move the device as long
as the oil or fat is still hot.
Note: T
he cover is tted with a permanent lter
, which collects drops of oil from steam as they pass through the
lter
. It can reduce the smoke in frying.
NOTE:
• The liquid oil is suitable f
or deep fryer
. If you want to use solid fat, C
ut the fat into small pieces and select
the lowest temperature
. When using solid fat, it must dissolve slowly so that it can circumna
vigate the
heating element.
There is a risk of overheating and it can damage y
our device when set the temperature
too high!

• Always dry food well before frying.
Very
“wet” f
ood can cause the oil to foam and may overow
.
• Food for frying should be roughly the same size to ensure the f
ood cooks evenly and thoroughly

ore frying. Batter and breadcrumbs are typical coatings.
