3. Charging your Smartwatch
1. Before using the Smartwatch for the rst time, it is recommended to ensure that it is fully charged.
2. Smartwatch typically takes around 2 hours to fully charge and will do so automatically once a power char-
ger is plugged in. It is worth noting that the battery icon will display as full when the watch is fully charged.
3. To charge the watch, align and attach the watch to the charging dock on the magnet. Then, connect the
other end of the charging dock’s cable to a power source. The charging icon will appear on the watch screen
within 5 seconds.
Unbind the smart watch with mobile phone
1. Open the “Forever BeFit” app on your smartphone.
2. Open the “Device” tab and click on “Disconnect Smartwatch” button, conrm by clicking “OK”.
3. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone, then access and select the “Forget This Device”
option.
Operation introduction
You can raise your hand or press the main button to turn on the screen.
Connect the smartwatch with the phone
1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the “Forever BeFit” app on your smartphone, and then register and log in. Go to the “Device” tab
and select “Add device”.
3. Search for available devices and then select the smartwatch model from the list by clicking on it’s name
and conrm the connection.

Search and install the “Forever BeFit” app from Google Play or App Store. Or scan the following QR code
to directly install the app.
HOW TO USE
Hold the main button for 3 seconds to turn on the smartwatch. Swipe up/down or left/right to see more
options.
