WELCOME TO USE THE SMOKE MACHINE
Product Description:
BLACK 1200 LED adopts micro-computer electronic temperature control, fits for pub, KTV and small
theatre etc. Thermostatic function lies with using computer Electronic temperature, it spray smoke
at any time after heating for the first time. Adopt new heating core technology to make sure pipe
no block. You can use spray button in case of losing controller. You also can control being far away
via W-1 wireless controller.
Notes before use :
1. Place the fog machine horizontally, and inspect for damaged at each use . If damaged, please contact
us for service. Unscrew the lid of fluid tank to pour in the our fog liquid, and then lightly tighten
the lid.
2. Before power on, please verify that the supply voltage is in conformity with the rated voltage
of the smoke machine. At power on, the fog machine will begin to heat for use .Connect the machine
to your selected controller.
3. At initial use the machine may produce a limited amount of fog, wait for it to fully heat and be ready
for service.
4.The machine must be used only in a well-ventilated place but not where is air flow if limited
or the machine’s thermal protection system may cause a shutdown.
5. The fog machine can be used on the ground horizontally or installed level on a truss or support.
The machine should have 50CM clearance all around. Keep away from children, flames, flammable
and explosive materials. Keep a minimum of 40CM away from the output nozzle to prevent scalding.
6. Do not allow machine to run out of fluid. If the machine is allowed to run empty, it may cause
the pump and/or heater to be damaged ,Turn off the power before adding fog fluid and do not allow
fluid to enter the inside of the housing ,as internal electrical damage may result.
7.If fog output is low ,or there is noise from pump, or the machine stops creating fog altogether.
Do not modify or repair the machine by yourself. Please contact the dealer.
8. In unmanned case, please stop machine running. Keep it off kids. Do not add inflammable liquid,
such as oils, gas or spice. Do not touch the wire when the machine is running for fear of electrical
shock.
9.Due to condensation, vapor or moisture might gather around the nozzle of machine. There might be
some surplus smoke ejected from any smoke machine during operation or after shutdown.
NOTES:
▶The maintenance cycle for the machine is 1-2 months. Method: 20% white vinegar plus 80% distilled wa-
ter, and then work 3-5 times after heating!
▶The machine should use proper liquid, which with distilled water formula, to prolong the life of machine.
▶Please keep your controllers well. We won't provide the spare parts for free if missed.
▶The spare parts of our machine are not suitable for the others brands', otherwise it will be burnt.
10.Please make sure there is no liquid and metals inside machine before turn on the power each time.
Do not modify or repair the machine by yourself. If there is any problem, please contact the supplier.

2.Safety Instruction

＞Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty
and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
＞A qualified technician should install and service this device.
＞Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed to changes in temperature.
Protect the device against damage by leaving it switched off until it has reached room temperature.
＞This device falls under protection class 1. It is therefore essential that the device be earthed.
Have a qualified person carry out the electric connection.
＞Make sure that the available voltage does not exceeds the voltage stated in the specification
of this manual.
3. General Guidelines
＞This device is designed for professional use on the stage, in disco, theaters, etc. The device should
only be used indoors with an alternating current of max 230V AC/50HZ.
＞Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when installing or operating the device.
＞Select a location where the device is protected against extreme heat, dust and moisture.
＞Familiarize yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Do not allow operation
by unqualified people. Any damage that may occur will most probably be due to unprofessional use
of the device.
＞Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
＞All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
＞Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other users may lead to short circuits, burns,
electric shocks, crash, etc. Using the device in an unauthorized way will void the warranty.
＞This device is not suited for permanent operation. Frequent operation breaks will protect the life
span of your smoke machine.
4.Use
☆Open the carton and carefully remove the unit from the carton
☆Set the fog machine on a flat dry surface, locate the included bracket from the package and install it
using supplied hardware to the side casing, Note: The bracket is optional unless hanging from struc-
ture.
☆Fill the fog fluid reservoir with our Fog Juice only then tighten the cap firmly
☆Attach the remote control unit to the rear remote control socket on the unit.
☆Plug the unit in to a proper power source. At this time, the red preheating LED at rear will glow
indicating that the fogger is heating up. Wait several minutes for the device to reach normal operating
temperature. When it has reached the operating temperature, and is ready to fog, the ready LED
at rear will glow and the ready LED on the remote will glow also.
☆You can press wired controller or wireless controller to emit fog. Follow the controller operating
instructions on the next page for details
☆Always monitor the tank fluid level when operating. Running the fog machine with no fluid can per-
manently damage the device.
5.Installation
★Have the device installed by a qualified person, respecting EN 60598-2-17 and all other applicable
norms
★The carrying construction must be able to support 10 times the weight of the device for 1 hour with-
out deforming.
★Never stand directly below the device when it is being mounted, removed or serviced. Have a qual-
ified technician check the device once a year and once before you bring it into service.
★Install the device in a location with few passers-by that is inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
Adjust the desired inclination angle via the mounting bracket and tighten the bracket screws.
Important: Always monitor tank fluid level as you are fogging. Running a fog machine with no fluid can
permanently damage the unit.
6.Description
Controller Instruction
Controller X-2 Operation: Start by connecting the X-2 to the fog machine. Wait a few minutes When
the LED on the remote glows green, it means the device is ready to fog. Please simply press the button
to emit fog.
Wireless controller W-1 Operation: After warm up, when the device is ready to fog, Press “1", the fog
machine will emit fog. When you release it, the machine will stop emitting.
Caution: Before removing or replacing the remote control unit please shut down the power supply
