Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be done by
children unless they are older than 8
and supervised. Keep the appliance
and cable out of reach of children
under 8 years.
• When the appliance is used in a
bathroom, unplug it after use since the
proximity of water presents a hazard
even when the hairdryer is switched
off.
• For additional protection, the
installation of a residual current device
(RCD) having a rated residual operating
current not exceeding 30 mA is
advisable in the electrical circuit
supplying the bathroom*.
• * Currently, the fitting in a bathroom of
an electrical socket suitable or capable
of operating the appliance is not
permitted in the UK (see BS7671).
• Always place the appliance with the
stand, if any, on a heat-resistant, stable
flat surface.
• Do not use the appliance if it is
damaged or malfunctions.
• Do not plug or unplug the appliance
with wet hands.
• Do not twist or kink the cable, or wrap
around the appliance.

• Never drop or insert any object into
any of the appliance’s openings.
• When the appliance is connected to
the power supply, never leave it
unattended
• Burn hazard. Keep appliance out of
reach from young children, particularly
during use and cool down
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must

Fitting & removing
attachments
Fit comb, concentrator and flyaway
attachments by pushing onto the
front of the hair dryer until they click in
place. Once fitted
attachments can be rotated freely 360.
To remove pull firmly.
Fit the diffuser by pushing and turning
clockwise until it clicks in place.
To remove turn anticlockwise and pull.
TIP: Selecting the cold temperature setting
for a few seconds before
removing accessories can help to reduce
their temperature.
Use - Speed Setting
Plug the appliance into the mains power
supply. To switch on, select your desired
speed setting using the speed selector
switch.
