Please take some time to read the following notes to ensure the bike is its absolute safest, each and
every time they ride. Following these simple instructions will allow you to get the most out of your
purchase and keep your little one safe.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before every ride, please check all
fastenings are tight and secure. Bikes
vibrate and consistent maintenance is
required. All bolts, spokes, etc need to
be secure at all times
Check tire pressure is maintained to
specifications on tire
Adult assembly and supervision
required at all times when in use
For personal safety, helmets, gloves,
shoes, elbow and knee pads are
recommended
Do not allow more than one rider at a
time. Max Weight 60kgs
Not for use on public roads
Replace worn or broken parts
immediately
Recommend for ages 2.5 and up to
weight limit
Maintenance Instructions
- Refrain from storing in outdoor
conditions, avoid humid
environments, high temperatures and
intense sun exposure over long
periods
- Wash with damp cloth. Ensure to dry.
Do not use high pressure cleaners or
harsh solvents
- Regular maintenance by a qualified
bike technician is recommended for
maximum use

measure the distance to ensure even,
or alternatively stand over the top of
the bike to line up centre of bars Fig 2

front bracket of headset, re-install x4
bolts and tighten
- Once bolts are tight, install the Head
Set Pad over the headset

Tighten wheel nuts. You will need to
secure the nut on the other side of
the hub so that it doesn’t free turn.
Be sure no fasten securely but do not
over tighten as you will potentially
snap the axle, or inhibit the
performance of the wheel
Install that wheel nut covers firmly
over each end of the axle
Inflate Tires
- Inflate tires to specifications marked
on wheels
- Do not over inflate
- Check regularly
6) Check all fixings
- Your bike should now be all together
- Go back over all fastenings to ensure
that they are tightened correctly. It is
recommended that this is performed
before every use.

EN INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing this Ricokids product, designed with your child’s safety in mind. To
ensure a safe and trouble-free use, please read the following warnings and instructions, and store
them for future reference.

WARNINGS!
This balance bike is suitable for children older than 24 months and up to 60 kg.
To be operated only under the supersion of an adult, always keep your child within sight of an
adult.
Assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the balance bike should be performed by an adult,
keep children away.
During assembly, keep all components out of the reach of children.
Store this manual for future reference.
Choking hazard! Strangulation hazard! The packaging and balance bike may contain both small
and plastic parts (bags, lm) which pose a hazard to children. Keep these out of the reach of child-
ren. Plastic bags and other materials should be disposed of.
Your child should be instructed on how to use the balance bike properly. Make sure that your child
is physically able to control the balance bike, and understands how to slow down and stop.
This balance bike should be operated with caution. Riding it requires certain skills in order to
avoid falls or collisions causing injuries to the user or third parties.
This product can only be used by one child at a time.
Always wear protective equipment: a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads.
Do not use this product in trac or on public roads.
This balance bike can only be used on at and dry surface, without obstructions. It should not be
operated on hills, inclines, roads with trac, wet surfaces and gravel.
This balance bike does not have brakes, so caution should be exercised.
Do not use this product in the cinity of water reservoirs (rivers, pools etc.) or other obstructions.
Do not use this product in the dark or in bad weather (rain, snow).
Do not use this balance bike in the cinity of stairs or steps.
Do not tow this balance bike with a car or any other vehicle.
Make sure that the child wears proper shoes, a properly tted helmet and other protective equip-
ment (knee pads, elbow pads, gloves etc.). make sure that the shoes t properly and do not have
loose elements (e.g. shoelaces) that may snag on the bike components.
Make sure that the child keeps both hands on the handlebar. Riding with no hands on the handle-
bar can cause an accident and would pose a serious threat to the child’s health and life.
Regularly check the product and carry out necessary maintenance. Before each ride make sure
that the balance bike is not damaged, nothing is missing and the components are not loose.
Before each ride make sure that all screws are tightened securely and components are properly
installed.
Do not use the balance bike if any component is damaged or missing. Use only genuine spare
parts.

PARTS (FIG. I)
The parts needed for assembly and their initial placement are shown in Fig. I.
ASSEMBLY (FIG. II)
Follow the steps shown in Fig. II.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
To be ridden only with an adult or caregiver present to superse and ensure safety. Sit on the sad-
dle, grip the handlebar tightly with both hands and push feet alternately against the ground. Aer
developing higher speed, raise the legs up to ride freely. In order to turn, move the handlebar in the
direction of the turn and balance your body. Put your feet onto the ground to stop the balance bike.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Regularly check the condition of the balance bike.
Cleaning and maintenance should only be performed by an adult.
Lubricate the mong parts only if necessary, with a light application of a silicone based lubricant.
Wipe o excess lubricant with a clean cloth.
Periodically check the balance bike for loose screws and other parts. Replace or repair the parts
as needed. Use only certied spare parts.
In order to avoid friction which may cause the balance bike to work improperly, ensure that all
plastic parts placed along the metal frame are free of dust, dirt or sand.
Store the balance bike in a dry place. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause degrada-
tion of the plastic parts.
Before each ride, make sure that the product is not damaged and all screws are securely tighte-
ned.
Replace worn or damaged parts, or stop using the product.
Clean the balance bike with a damp cloth and then wipe it dry. Do not use caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents.
