ENGLISH
Thank you for choosing an Electrolux ERGORAPIDO® vacuum cleaner. In
order to ensure the best results, always use original Electrolux accessories
and spare parts. They have been designed especially for your vacuum
cleaner. This product is designed with the environment in mind. All plastic
parts are marked for recycling purposes.

BEFORE STARTING
Check that the package includes all parts described in this instruction
manual and read this manual carefully. Pay special attention to the safety
precautions chapter. Save these instructions.
1 Assemble the handle.
2 Assemble the charge stand.
3 There is a hollow space in the bottom of the charging station where
unused cable can be wound. Insert the adaptor into the mains and
position the charging station on a stable and horizontal surface away
from heat sources, direct sunlight or wet places.
4 The charging indicator will be lit when ERGORAPIDO® is placed in the
charging station.
CHARGING ERGORAPIDO®
5 When fully charged, the charging indicator will blink slowly. The num-
bers of LED lamps will indicate the level of charge. Full charging time is
around 4hours. For better battery performance, charge ERGORAPIDO®
for 24hours before rst use and always keep it on charge when not
used.
VACUUMING WITH ERGORAPIDO®
Before vacuuming, check that the nozzle wheels and the brush roll are
clean from sharp objects in order to avoid scratching sensitive oors
and to ensure full cleaning performance.
6 Start and stop ERGORAPIDO® by pushing the ON/OFF button.
ERGORAPIDO® will start on the high power mode.
For more silent cleaning and longer runtime, press the power regula-
tion button.
VACUUMING FURNITURE, CAR SEATS ETC.
7 Press the button to release the hand unit from the main body.
8 Attach the crevice nozzle to facilitate cleaning of areas di cult to reach.
Attach the brush on the crevice nozzle for dusting.
9 The crevice nozzle and small brush can be stored in the charging sta-
tion or in the slot on the back side of the handle.
BRUSHROLLCLEAN® FUNCTION (CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
Use the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function to keep the brush roll clean and
free from hair and bres. For best results use the BRUSHROLLCLEAN®
function when ERGORAPIDO® is fully charged.
10 Place ERGORAPIDO® on a hard and at surface. Do not use the BRUSH-
ROLLCLEAN® function on carpets.
Press the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® pedal with your foot while the cleaner is
on. Hold for 5 seconds until hairs and bres are removed. There will be
a cutting noise during this process, this is normal. If hairs remain on the
brush roll, repeat the process.
The BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function is equipped with an overheating
protection. If the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function has been used for more
than 30 seconds (constant or interrupted) it will deactivate the brush
roll and turn o the nozzle front lights. The vacuum cleaner can still
be used, even when the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function is deactivated.
Toreactivate the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function, place ERGORAPIDO® on
charge and charge for 15minutes.
Please note that the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function might not be able to
remove thicker threads or wires that are caught in the brush roll.
EMPTYING OF THE DUST CONTAINER
11 Remove the dust container by pressing the buttons.
12 Take out the lters from the dust container by pressing the release but-
tons. Empty the contents into a dustbin. Never wash the dust container
or lters in a dishwasher.
IMPORTANT - FILTER CLEANING!
13 The lters must be cleaned at regular intervals to ensure a high clean-
ing performance. Take out the lters by pressing the release buttons.
Separate the inner lter from the outer lter.
14 Rinse the lter parts carefully under lukewarm water without using any
detergents. (Never use the dishwasher or washing machine.) Shake to
remove excess water and leave to dry minimum 12h before putting
them back into the cleaner.
CLEANING THE HOSE AND NOZZLE WHEELS
15 Loosen the hose behind the nozzle from its upper connection. Remove
any object or debris that can be blocking the air ow in the hose or in
the air channel to the dust cup, and put the hose back.
16 If the wheels need to be cleaned or get jammed, remove them carefully
by using a at screwdriver.
REMOVING AND CLEANING THE BRUSH ROLL
17 If the brushroll gets blocked ERGORAPIDO® will stop. Open the cable
protector grill and the brush roll hatch cover and remove the brush roll.
18 Use a pair of scissors to remove threads etc. Reassemble the brush roll,
making sure it can spin freely.
REMOVING THE BATTERIES FOR RECYCLING
Warning; Battery removal must only be done by an Electrolux
service center or o cial collection point!
19 Only remove batteries if the product is to be scrapped. Improper
handling of the batteries may be hazardous. Batteries should always
be completely discharged before removal. Take your product to an
Electrolux service center or o cial collection point for recycling. They
can remove and recycle the battery and electric parts in a safe and pro-
fessional way. Follow your country’s rules for collection of rechargeable
batteries and electrical products.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
The battery is to be disposed of safely.
Only use the charging adapter that was provided with the product.
To protect the motor, battery and electronics the product should
not be stored or operated in:
• An ambient temperature below 5 °C or exceeding 35 °C. If the
product is stored in a temperature below 5 °C or exceeding 35
°C,
let the product cool down or warm up and dry for a few hours
before usage.
• A humidity level below 20% or exceeding 80% (non-
condensing).
If the product is stored for an extended time period (without usage or
continuous charging), we recommend to store the product in normal
room temperature with the batteries charged at 50% capacity or
more. This will maintain the performance of the product.
Attention! Dew condensation may form inside the product if the unit
is moved from a cold to a warm environment or after heating up the
storage room. Wait a few hours for the internal components to warm
up and dry before usage.
INDICATION LAMPS
CHARGING WHAT DOES IT MEAN? DURING USAGE WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Blink slowly = 100 % fully charged 75 - 100 % capacity
50 – 95 % charged 50- 75 % capacity remaining
0 – 50 % charged 25 – 50 % capacity remaining
ERGORAPIDO® needs to be recharged.
ERGORAPIDO® should only be used for normal vacuuming indoors and in a
domestic environment. Make sure it is stored in a dry place.
Packaging material, e.g. plastic bags should not be accessible to children to
avoid suocation.
Never use the vacuum cleaner:
• In wet areas.
• Close to ammable gases, etc.
• When the product shows visible signs of damage.
• On sharp objects or liquids.
• On hot or cold cinders, lighted cigarette butts, etc.
• On ne dust, for instance from plaster, concrete, our, hot or cold ashes.
Caution:
• Do not leave the vacuum cleaner in direct sunlight.
• Avoid exposing the vacuum cleaner to strong heat.
• The battery cells within must not be dismantled, short circuited or
placed against a metal surface.
• Never use the vacuum cleaner without its lters.
• Do not try to touch the brush roll while the cleaner is switched on and
the brush roll is turning.
• Mind your ngers if cleaning the inside of the oor nozzle. The metal
blade of the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function is sharp and could cause
injury.
Using the vacuum cleaner in the above circumstances may cause
serious personal injury or damage to the product. Such injury or
damage is not covered by the warranty or by Electrolux.
SERVICING AND WARRANTY
All service or repairs must be carried out by an authorized Electrolux
service centre.
This warranty does not cover reduction in battery runtime due to battery
age or use, as the life of the battery depends upon the amount and nature
of use.

AVANT DE COMMENCER
Assurez-vous que l'emballage contient toutes les pičces mentionnées dans
ce manuel et lisez-le attentivement. Prętez tout particuličrement attention
au chapitre « Consignes de sécurité ». Conservez ce manuel.
1 Assemblez la poignée.
2 Assemblez le support de charge.
3 Il existe un emplacement dans la partie inférieure du support de charge
dans lequel il est possible d'enrouler le câble. Insérez le chargeur dans
la prise secteur et placez le support de charge sur une surface stable
horizontale en l'éloignant de toute source de chaleur, des rayons directs
du soleil et des lieux humides.
4 Le voyant de charge s'allume lorsque l'ERGORAPIDO® est placé sur le
support de charge.
CHARGE DE L'ERGORAPIDO®
5 Lorsque la charge est terminée, le voyant de charge clignote lentement.
Le nombre de voyants (LED) indique le niveau de charge. Le délai pour
une charge complčte est d'environ 4 heures. Pour garantir les meil-
leures performances de la batterie, chargez l'ERGORAPIDO® pendant 24
heures avant la premičre utilisation et rechargez-le avant de le ranger.
PASSER L'ASPIRATEUR ERGORAPIDO®
Avant de passer l'aspirateur, vériez qu'il n'y a pas d'objets tranchants
dans les roulettes de la brosse ni dans la brosse rotative an d'éviter de
rayer les sols fragiles et assurer de parfaites performances d'aspiration.
6 Démarrez et arrętez l'ERGORAPIDO® en appuyant sur le bouton
MARCHE/ARRĘT.
L'ERGORAPIDO® démarre en mode puissance max.
Pour une aspiration plus silencieuse et de longue durée, appuyez sur le
bouton de régulation de puissance.
ASPIRATION DES MEUBLES, SIČGES DE VOITURE, ETC.
7 Appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage de l'aspirateur ŕ main pour le
détacher du corps de l'appareil.
8 Fixez le suceur plat ŕ l'aspirateur ŕ main pour faciliter le nettoyage
des zones diciles ŕ atteindre. Fixez la brosse au suceur plat pour
dépoussiérer.
9 Le suceur plat et la petite brosse peuvent ętre rangés dans le support
de charge ou xés ŕ la poignée.
FONCTION BRUSHROLLCLEAN® (UNIQUEMENT SUR CERTAINS MODČLES)
Utilisez la fonction BRUSHROLLCLEAN® pour maintenir la brosse
rotative propre et la débarrasser des cheveux ou bres qui pourraient
y rester coincés . Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, utilisez la fonction
BRUSHROLLCLEAN® quand l'ERGORAPIDO® est complčtement chargé.
10 Placez l'ERGORAPIDO® sur une surface dure et plate. N'utilisez pas la
fonction BRUSHROLLCLEAN® sur les moquettes / tapis.
D'un pied, appuyez sur la pédale BRUSHROLLCLEAN® tandis que
l'aspirateur est en fonctionnement. Maintenez la pression 5 secondes, le
temps nécessaire ŕ l'élimination des cheveux et des bres. Vous enten-
drez un bruit de coupe durant le processus. Ce phénomčne est normal.
S'il reste des cheveux sur le rouleau-brosse, répétez l'opération
La fonction ERGOBRUSHCLEAN™ intčgre un systčme anti-surchaue.
Si la fonction BRUSHROLLCLEAN® est utilisée pendant plus de 30
secondes (en permanence ou par intermittence), le rouleau-brosse est
désactivé et les voyants ŕ l'avant de l'embout s'éteignent. L'aspirateur
peut toujours ętre utilisé aprčs désactivation de la fonction BRUSH-
ROLLCLEAN®. Pour réactiver la fonction BRUSHROLLCLEAN®, placez
l'ERGORAPIDO® en charge pendant 15 minutes.
Il est possible que la fonction BRUSHROLLCLEAN® ne puisse pas retirer
les ls et bres plus épais coincés dans la brosse rotative.
VIDAGE DU BAC Ŕ POUSSIČRE
11 Retirez le bac ŕ poussičre en appuyant sur les boutons.
12 Sortez les ltres du bac ŕ poussičres et appuyant sur les boutons de
déverrouillage. Videz le contenu dans une poubelle. Ne lavez jamais le
bac ŕ poussičre ni les ltres au lave-vaisselle.
IMPORTANT : NETTOYAGE DU FILTRE!
13 Les ltres doivent ętre nettoyés ŕ intervalles réguliers pour assurer des
performances de nettoyage optimales. Sortez les ltres en appuyant
sur les boutons de déverrouillage. Séparez le ltre intérieur du ltre
extérieur.
14 Rincez soigneusement les ltres ŕ l'eau tičde, sans détergent. (N'utilisez
jamais le lave-vaisselle ni le lave-linge.) Secouez les ltres pour chasser
l'excédent d'eau et laissez sécher au moins 12 heures avant de les
replacer dans l'aspirateur.
NETTOYAGE DU FLEXIBLE ET DES ROULETTES DE L'EMBOUT
15 Détachez la partie supérieure du tuyau exible situé ŕ l'arričre de la
brosse. Retirez tout objet ou débris pouvant bloquer le ux d'air dans le
tuyau ou dans le conduit d'air vers le bac ŕ poussičre, puis remettez le
tuyau en place.
16 Si vous devez nettoyer les roulettes ou si un objet se coince dedans,
retirez-les soigneusement en utilisant un tournevis plat.
RETRAIT ET NETTOYAGE DE LA BROSSE ROTATIVE
17 Si la brosse rotative est bloquée, l'ERGORAPIDO® cesse de fonctionner.
Ouvrez la grille de protection du câble et le couvercle de la trappe de la
brosse rotative et retirez la brosse.
18 Utilisez une paire de ciseaux pour éliminer les ls, etc. Remontez le
brosse rotative et assurez-vous qu'elle tourne librement.
RETRAIT DES BATTERIES POUR RECYCLAGE
Avertissement : le retrait des batteries ne doit ętre eectué que par
un centre service agréé Electrolux ou un service de collecte pour
recyclage!
19 Ne retirez les batteries que si l'appareil doit ętre mis au rebut. Une mau-
vaise manipulation des batteries peut ętre dangereuse. Les batteries
doivent ętre entičrement déchargées avant d'ętre retirées. Ap-
portez l'appareil dans un centre service agréé Electrolux ou un service
de collecte pour recyclage. Ils peuvent retirer et recycler les batteries
et les produits électriques d'une maničre sűre et professionnelle. Re-
spectez la réglementation nationale en termes de collecte des batteries
rechargeables et des produits électriques.
