Der Dateninhaber beabsichtigt, ohne Weiteres verfügbare Dienstdaten selbst
und ggf. durch Unternehmen der Kärcher Group zu verwenden.
Erwartete Verwendungszwecke:
●Monitoring-, Analyse-, Optimierungs- und Benchmarking-Zwecke, auch un-
ter Einsatz von eigenen oder fremden KI-Tools sowie zu Zwecken des Trai-
nings von KI-Modellen;
●zur Unterstützung der Forschung und Entwicklung neuer Geräte und Ser-
vices sowie zur Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung bestehender Geräte
und Services;
●zur Analyse des Einsatzes der Geräte oder verbundenen Dienste durch den
Kunden, einschließlich der statistischen Auswertung der Gerätenutzung und
der Nutzung verbundener Dienste;
●zur Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Sicherheit und Interoperabilität
der Geräte und verbundenen Dienste;
●zur Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung sowie zur Fehleranalyse und
Fehlerbehebung;
●zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Verpflichtungen.

Das Hosting der Daten in der AWS Cloud erfolgt über AWS Europe. Der Da-

zu verwenden.

In den Daten, die durch das vernetzte Produkt oder bei der Erbringung eines verbundenen Dienstes generiert werden, können Ge-
schäftsgeheimnisse von Kärcher enthalten sein.

Use of readily available data

tion of the intended use if applicable
The data holder intends to use readily available service data by itself and, if ap-
plicable, by companies of the Kärcher Group.
Expected uses:
●monitoring, analysis, optimisation and benchmarking purposes, also using
our own or third-party AI tools and for the purpose of training AI models;
●to support the research and development of new devices and services as
well as the further development and improvement of existing devices and
services;
●to analyse the use of the devices or connected services by the customer, in-
cluding the statistical evaluation of device usage and the use of connected
services;
●to ensure the functionality, security and interoperability of the devices and
connected services;
●for quality control and quality assurance as well as for fault analysis and trou-
bleshooting;
●to comply with legal obligations.
Disclosure to and use of the data by third parties, in-
cluding the indication of the uses, if applicable
The data is hosted in the AWS Cloud via AWS Europe. Furthermore, the data
holder does not intend to authorise third parties outside the Kärcher Group to
use the service data for purposes agreed with the user.
