MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for using the Plonos electric backpack spray
er
.
This unit uses a lead-acid battery as a power sour
ce, combined with a high quality protection plate
that is safe and reliable.
The high-efficiency diaphragm pump is environmentally friendly and energy
-saving, resistant to
chemical corrosion, guarantees str
ong pressure, uniform spraying, good atomisation effect, no c
on-
tamination, greatly reduces operator labour in
tensity and can be widely used in spraying: fruit trees,
flowers, tea trees. The pr
oduct is useful in horticulture, pest control, spraying of various cr
ops, green-
houses, it can also be used for disinfection of public spaces, mosquito c
ontrol, sterilisation, etc.
A robust metal telescopic lance with in
terchangeable nozzles is part of the equipment. The lance
length can be adjusted, covering a range fr
om 45 to 85 cm. Thanks to the triple shield, the sprayer tip
is effectively pr
otected against any foreign bodies, making maintenance quick and easy
.
The ergonomic design of the sprayer guarantees e
xceptional comfort during use. The adjustable har

ness allows for comf
ortable working and the additional safety valve eff
ectively minimises the risk of
accidents during use.
The low weight of the equipment, combined with the er
gonomic carrying system, creates conditions
conducive to both comf
ortable and effective working.

Handling of pesticides: The use of special working fluids is prohibited. When working with pesti-
cides, follow the safety instructions pr
ovided by the pesticide manufacturers.

e tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, other drugs or
medication.

Do not expose the charger and battery pack to high or low temperatur
es.
•
There is a risk of electric shock with the charger

t expose to moisture, fumes or rain.
•
Make sure that the output v
oltage of the charger is the same as the rated voltage of the battery
and that the positive and negative terminals of the charger and battery ar
e correct.
•
The charger should be placed in a ventilated ar
ea and should not be covered with an
y objects
during use.
•
If you need to open the charger
, use a pr
ofessional service.
•
Use of the device during charging is strictly pr
ohibited.
•
A red light on the charger indicates charging. A gr
een light indicates that the battery is fully
charged.
•
Protect the charger cable fr
om damage. Keep it away from heat sour
ces and sharp edges.
•
Do not use the charger if the mains cable is damaged. If the mains cable is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufactur
er or a service technician or by a qualified person to avoid danger
.
•
Never pull on the mains c
ord to disconnect the charger plug from the mains sock
et, instead grasp
the plug and pull it out of the socket.
•
Easy access to the charger plug is r

When using the sprayer

s strictly observe the general rules of health and safety. In particu

otection (mask) and gloves when working.

Avoiding c
ontact of the spray liquid with the body

•
Carrying out spraying in the direction of the wind, nev
er against the wind.
•
Limiting spraying time in full sun or high temperatures.
•
Refraining from consuming alc
ohol immediately after spraying.
•
Strict adherence to the manufactur
er's recommendations for pr
otective measures and health and
safety regulations.
•
Prohibiting the use of corrosiv
e substances such as acids and flammable liquids, and avoiding the
use of toxic plant pro
tection products.
•
Thorough emptying and cleaning of the unit after spraying is necessary to pr
event corrosion and
avoid mixing with the next fluid during the next use.
No hazards in the course of normal use of the lead-acid battery in accordance with the instruc
-
tions for use supplied with the product. Lead-acid batteries are characterised by three important
features:
•
They contain an electr
olyte that includes diluted sulphuric acid. Sulphuric acid can cause serious
chemical burns.
•
During charging or operation of the battery
, gaseous hydrogen and o
xygen may be produced,
which under certain conditions can be an explosive mixtur
e.
•
They can contain a significant amount of ener
gy that can be a source of strong electric current and,
in the event of a short cir
cuit, cause severe electrocution.
Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 50°C!

Product operation

Battery charging
: Fully charge the battery bef
ore first use. Connect the charging wire to a stan-
dard phone charger
, then plug into 220 V
, and insert the other end into the sprayer’s charging port.
The green LED indicates a fully charged battery
, the red LED indicates a discharged battery or the
charging process.

: Fill the tank with clean water and perform a test spray
. Check for leaks
and verify atomization. If everything w

Liquid restrictions
: Do not use strong acids, bases, or flammable liquids – strictly prohibited.

: Do not use powders that do not dissolve in water; the
