OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE USE.
Keep the manual for future reference, as you could need to consult it again. Hand the manual over with the product to its new
owner.
WARNING! To avoid the risk of injury and accident as well as to improve productivity and prevent premature damage to the
compressor, read all warnings and safety instructions for operating the product that are marked with the symbol .Failure to comply
with the following warnings and safety instructions may result in electrocution, fire, explosion and/or serious injury.
SAFETY PRINCIPLES FOR OPERATION
Use the compressor as intended and in accordance with the requirements specified in this manual. When operating the compressor, the safety
requirements for operation of pressurized equipment and electrical equipment and fire safety regulations must be followed.
CAUTION! This product is not intended to be operated by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge of the equipment, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the equipment
by individuals responsible for their safety.
1. WORKPLACE SAFETY:
a) The compressor must only be operated in suitable locations (which are well ventilated, with an ambient temperature between +5°C and +40°C)
and standing on a level, solid ground.
b) Keep the workplace tidy and well illuminated. Clutter and poor lighting invite accidents.
c) Do not expose the compressor to shock, dust, dirt, or chemicals. Complete the routine periodic maintenance.
d) Place the compressor at least 1 m from the nearest walls to ensure optimum fresh air circulation and proper cooling.
e) Always keep a safe distance between the compressor and the working area of at least 3 meters.
f) Do not expose the product to moisture or rain. Ingress of water into the product is a potential electrocution risk.
g) Do not allow children or bystanders near the compressor when it is in operation. Note: you are responsible for accidents and the safety of third
parties and their property.
2. FIRE SAFETY:
a) Do not operate the compressor in areas with a high risk of fire and in locations with an increased risk of explosion, where flammable liquids,
gases or vapors are present. The air aspirated by the compressor must be free of other gases and/or vapors, as these can ignite or explode in the
compressor.
b) Do not place flammable objects, textiles or nylon materials near or on the compressor. The compressor must be at least 1 meter away from the
nearest walls, fixtures and other objects to enable safe operation.
c) Do not tightly cover or shield off the compressor during its operation (e.g. in the rain) or shortly after shutdown –– the compressor is hot. Let the
motor cool down before moving the compressor into an indoor location.
d) If the compressor catches fire, do not attempt to extinguish by pouring water directly onto it. Use a fire extinguisher dedicated for extinguishing
electrical equipment and oils.
3. ELECTRICAL SAFETY:
a) Before each use, make sure that the power cord or plug is not damaged. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or its plug. If the
power cord is damaged, have it replaced immediately by an authorized service center or qualified personnel to avoid danger.
b) The power supply wiring should be installed out by a qualified person, in accordance with IEC 60364-1. The product requires a power supply
wiring installed with a residual current device (RCD) which features a rated trip current not higher than 30 mA.
c) This product requires protective earthing. If the product suffers from a fault or failure, the protective earthing provides the path of least
resistance to the electric current to reduce the risk of electrocution. The power cord plug must be connected to a suitable mains outlet which has
been correctly installed and earthed for protection according to local regulations and standards. The rated voltage specification (V/Hz) of the
product must match the voltage of the local mains system. Do not modify the plug supplied with the product. If it does not fit into an outlet, the
mains connection must be made by a qualified electrician. Do not use any mains adapters.
d) Do not operate the compressor with wet hands. Do not use the compressor when it is wet or when it is raining or snowing. Improper operation
of the compressor is an electrocution risk.
e) Keep the power cord safe from damage. Never use the power cord to carry the product, pull the product or tug the power cord to unplug it.
Protect the power cord from heat, oils, sharp edges or moving parts of the product.
f) Use only extension cords with a three-core cable and a plug provided with a PE (protective earth) pin. Check the condition of the extension cord;
if damaged, replace it immediately. The extension cord should be rated to withstand 16 A at 230 V. Always unwind the extension cord completely
from the cable drum to prevent the cord from overheating.

4. PERSONAL SAFETY:
a) Repairs, power supply connection and operation of the compressor are only allowed to personnel who have been specifically trained and hold
relevant licenses/ authorization. Do not attempt to alter or modify the design of the compressor. Otherwise the compressor’s performance and
service will be adversely affected, while causing risks of hazards and severe injury.
b) Never drill, pierce, or let the air tank to be deformed. If the air tank leaks from damage or corrosion, have it replaced. Any repair or alteration can
only be done out by professionals.
c) Before each use of the compressor, inspect its condition, in particular the power cord, its plug and the air tank. Do not use the product if
defective.
d) Never run the compressor without an air filter. Do not operate the compressor with a removed filter or its cartridge dirty.
e) Use sound judgement and foresight; pay close attention to what you are doing while operating the product. Do not use the product when you
are tired or under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs. A brief moment of distraction during operation of this product may result in severe
injury.
f) Do not step or sit on the compressor, as this may result in damage to the compressor or cause a hazard.
g) Avoid unintended starting. Always make sure that the power switch is OFF before plugging the power cord to a mains outlet. It is required to test
the power switch for proper operation.
h) Do not move the compressor while it is plugged to the mains or charged with compressed air. Always unplug the compressor from the mains
and depressurize the air tank before moving, handling, cleaning, repairing, and after operating the compressor.
i) Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at work: use safety goggles, hearing protectors, respiratory protection, gloves, work clothing and
work footwear. Wearing the PPE suitable to the type of work being carried out reduces the risk of injury.
j) Never run the compressor with any of the guards missing. Make sure to install and secure the guards. If maintenance or servicing requires
removal of parts of the guards, this is allowed but have all guard parts reinstalled in place before restarting this product.
k) Keep fingers and other objects outside of the rotor guard. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewelry
or long hair can be caught and entangled by moving parts.
l) Some parts of the compressor become very hot during operation. To prevent burns, never touch the compressor head, piping, cylinder or motor.
m) Use tools, parts and accessories rated at the operating pressure of this compressor. Otherwise there is a danger of explosion.
n) During connection of an air tool, it is necessary to close the air output from the compressor.
o) During operation, always monitor the compressor’s pressure gauges. Never break any air line connections while the compressor is running or
under compressed air pressure.
p) To avoid the risk of accidents, never direct the compressed air jet towards people, animals or your own body. Inappropriate use of the
compressor can be dangerous.
r) Never direct the jet of liquid sprayed by pneumatic tools powered by the compressor towards the compressor itself. Using compressed air in
approved applications (inflating, air tool power, spray coating, pressure cleaning with water-based detergents, etc.) requires understanding of and
compliance with applicable laws, as the case may be.
s) Do not turn off the compressor by unplugging it from the mains. This may result in compressor failure. Operate the power switch to turn off the
compressor.
t) Before cleaning or maintenance of the compressor, and when leaving the compressor unattended, turn it off and unplug it from the mains.
Always depressurize the air tank before servicing or if the compressor will not be used for a long time.
u) Do not clean the compressor with flammable liquids, solvents or by pouring with jets of water. Clean only with a damp cloth, making sure
beforehand that the compressor has been unplugged from the mains.
After unpacking the unit, inspect carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Make sure to tighten fittings, bolts, etc, before
putting unit into service.
DANGER! Breathable Air Warning
This compressor is not equipped and should not be used “as is” to supply breathing quality air. For
any application of air for human consumption, the air compressor will need to be fitted with suitable
in-line safety and alarm equipment.
WARNING! Drain liquid from tank daily.
Tank rust from moisture build-up, which weakens the tank. Make sure to drain tank regularly and inspect periodically for unsafe
conditions such as rust formation and corrosion.

5. INSTALLATION
LOCATION
It is extremely important to install the compressor in a clean, well-ventilated area.

CAUTION! Do not locate the compressor air inlet near steam. paint spray, sandblast areas or any other source of contamination. This debris will
damage the motor.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
WARNING! All wiring and electrical connections should be performed by a qualified electrician. Installation must be performed in
accordance with local codes and national electrical codes.
CAUTION! Never use an extension cord with this product. Use additional air hose instead of an extension cord to avoid power
loss and permanent motor damage; Use of an extension cord voids the warranty.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product is for use on a nominal 230volt circuit and has a grounding plug. Make sure the product is connected to an outlet having the same
configuration as the plug. This product must be grounded. In the event of an electrical shock by providing an escape wire for electric current. This
product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with an appropriate grounding plug. Plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly
installed and grounded in accordance with all local ordinances.
CAUTION! Improper use of grounding plug can result in a possible in a possible risk of electrical shock! Do not use a grounding
adapter with this product! If repair or replacement of cord or plug is necessary, do not connect grounding wire to either flat blade
terminal. The wire with insulation having an external surface that is green(with or without yellow stripes) is the grounding wire.
Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if grounding instructions air not completely understood , or if in doubt as to
whether product is properly grounded.
If the non-detachable power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist repair shop or by a qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.

6. INTENDED USE:
The electric piston compressor is designed to compress atmospheric air and to deliver it under pressure to recipients.
The compressed air can be used for spray painting, blowing, supplying compressed air to pneumatic tools, inflating tires, etc. Suitable pneumatic
tools must have a demand for compressed air at the level supplied by the compressor.
NOTE! The compressor is intended for home use only. Using the compressor for purposes related to business activity requires
reporting the tank (simple pressure tank) to the Office of Technical Inspection. The warranty agreement does not apply if the
device was used in craft, industrial or similar activities.
WARNING! The compressed air generated by this device cannot be used in the pharmaceutical, food or hospital sectors due to
the oil content in the air, unless it has undergone special processing. It also cannot be used to fill underwater cylinders.
The compressor is used in the following conditions:
Air temperature from 5°C to +40°C;
Air humidity up to 80% at 20°C;
Altitude above sea level no more than 1000 m. At high altitudes, the compressor's efficiency drops significantly.
Daily operating time 4 hours at a maximum load of 70%.
Any use of the device contrary to the intended use given above is prohibited and will void the warranty and the manufacturer's liability for any
damage caused as a result.
Any modifications to the device made by the user release the manufacturer from liability for damage and harm caused to the user and the
environment.
Correct use of the device also applies to maintenance, storage, transport and repairs. The compressor may only be repaired at service points
designated by the manufacturer. Oil compressors should only be repaired by authorized persons.

LUBRICATION
This is an oilless product and does not require lubrication to operate.
CAUTION! Do not attach air chuck or other tool to open and of hose until start-up has been completed and unit checks ok.
IMPROTANT: Do not operate compressor before reading instructions or damage may result.
TANK PRESSURE GAUGE
Gauge shows pressure in tank indicating compressor is building pressure properly.
MOISTURE IN COMPRESSED AIR
Moisture in compressed air will from into droplets as it comes from an air compressor pump. When humidity is high or when a compressor is in
continuous use for an extended period of time, this moisture will collect in the tank. When using a paint spray or sandblast gun, this water will be
carried from the tank through the hose, and out of the gun as droplets mixed with the spray material.
SAFETY VALVE
WARNING! Do not remove or attempt to adjust the safety valve!
This valve should be checked under pressure occasionally by pulling the ring by hand. If air leaks after
ring has been released, or valve is stuck and cannot be actuated by ring, it MUST be replaced.
WARNING! Disconnect power source then release all pressure from the system before attempting to install, service, relocate or
perform any maintenance. Check compressor often for any visible problems and follow maintenance procedures each time
compressor is used.
WARNING! Safety valve must be replaced if it cannot be actuated or it leaks air after ring is released.
1. Pull ring on safety valve and allow it to snap back to normal position.
2. Turn compressor off and release pressure from system. Drain moisture from tank by opening draincock underneath tank.
3. Clean dust and dirt from motor ,tank and airlines and pump cooling fins while compressor from clogging filter.
