ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS

Place the dumbbell in the base.
Lift the dumbbell straight up out of the base. Place the dumbbell on flat surface. Try turning
the handle. It must remain in locked position.
After use return the dumbbell to the base. Please ensure that the notch in the dumbbell
is aligned with the point on the base.
Select the weight by turning the handle until the
marking on the dumbbell points desired weight.
• Do not drop the dumbbell. It can damage the weight plates and/or the locking mechanism. It can also cause the plates
to disengage from the handle unexpectedly causing serious injury.
• The dumbbell can be only adjusted when it is in the base.
• Plates must tightly align with each other.
• Never attempt to lift the dumbbell from the base if not in fully selected position.
• Regularly check if the locking mechanism is working in all weight selections. Never use dumbbell if the handle can be
turned when not in base.
• Never attempt to use the dumbbell without having the complete set of weight plates in the base.
• If weight adjustment becomes dicult after transportation, remove the handle and all weight plates, place the handle
back on the base set to the minimum weight, then reinstall all plates and mount the dumbbell onto the base.

Legen Sie die Hantel in die Halterung.
Heben Sie die Hantel gerade nach oben aus
der Halterung.
Legen Sie die Hantel auf eine ebene Fläche.
Versuchen Sie, den Gri zu drehen. Er muss in
der verriegelten Position bleiben.
Legen Sie die Hantel nach Gebrauch wieder in
die Halterung zurück. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kerbe im Hantel
korrekt mit der Erhebung an der Basis
ausgerichtet ist.
Wählen Sie das Gewicht, indem Sie den Gri
drehen, bis die Markierung an der Hantel auf
das gewünschte Gewicht zeigt.
• Lassen Sie die Hantel nicht fallen. Dies kann die Gewichtsscheiben und/oder den Verriegelungsmechanismus beschädigen
und dazu führen, dass sich die Scheiben unerwartet vom Gri lösen, was zu schweren Verletzungen führen kann.
• Die Hantel kann nur in der Halterung eingestellt werden.
• Die Scheiben müssen fest aneinander anliegen.
• Versuchen Sie niemals, die Hantel aus der Halterung zu heben, wenn sie nicht vollständig in der gewünschten Position steht.
• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob der Verriegelungsmechanismus bei allen Gewichtsauswahlen funktioniert. Verwenden Sie
die Hantel niemals, wenn sich der Gri drehen lässt, wenn sie sich nicht in der Basis befindet.
• Versuchen Sie niemals, die Hantel zu verwenden, ohne dass sich der komplette Satz Gewichtsscheiben in der Basis befindet.
• Wenn sich die Gewichtseinstellung nach dem Transport erschwert, entfernen Sie den Gri und alle Gewichtsscheiben,
setzen Sie den Gri wieder auf die Basis und stellen Sie ihn auf das minimale Gewicht ein. Montieren Sie anschließend
alle Gewichtsscheiben erneut und setzen Sie die Hantel wieder auf die Basis.

Należy umieścić hantel w podstawie.
Wyjąć hantel z podstawy kierując go prosto ku
górze.
Umieścić hantel na płaskiej powierzchni.
Następnie sprawdzić czy obracanie rączką jest
możliwe. Rączka powinna być zablokowana
(brak możliwości obrotu).
Po zakończeniu korzystania z hantla należy
odłożyć go do podstawy. Przed użyciem należy upewnić się, że wycięcie
na hantli nachodzi na wypustkę w podstawie.
Ustawić wagę poprzez obracanie rączki, aż aż
oznaczenie na hantli będzie wskazywać żądaną
wagę.
• Nie należy upuszczać hantli. Może to spowodować uszkodzenie talerzy i/lub mechanizmu blokującego oraz doprowadzić
do nieoczekiwanego odłączenia talerzy od uchwytu, co grozi poważnymi obrażeniami.
• Wagę hantla można regulować wyłącznie po umieszczeniu go w podstawie.
• Talerze muszą do siebie ściśle przylegać.
• Nigdy nie należy podnościć hantla z podstawy, jeśli oznaczenie na hantli nie wskazuje na wybraną wagę.
• Należy regularnie sprawdzać czy mechanizm blokady działa w każdym ustawieniu wagi. Nie należy używać hantla, jeśli
obracanie rączką jest możliwe, gdy hantel nie znajduje się w podstawie.
• Nie należy używać hantla jeśli w podstawie nie znajduje się komplet talerzy.
• W przypadku trudności z regulacją ciężaru po transporcie należy zdjąć hantlę i wszystkie talerze, ustawić hantlę na
podstawie na minimalny ciężar, a następnie ponownie założyć wszystkie talerze i zamontować hantlę; po tej czynności
produkt jest gotowy do normalnego użytkowania.

Puneți gantera în bază.
Ridicați gantera drept în sus, scoțând-o din bază. Puneți gantera pe o suprafață plană. Încercați
să rotiți mânerul. Trebuie să rămână în poziția
blocată.
După utilizare, puneți gantera înapoi la bază. Asigurați-vă că decupajul din gantere este
aliniat corect cu proeminența de pe bază.
Selectați greutatea rotind mânerul până când
marcajul de pe halteră indică greutatea dorită.
• Nu scăpați haltera. Acest lucru poate deteriora discurile de greutate și/sau mecanismul de blocare și poate provoca
desprinderea neașteptată a discurilor de mâner, ceea ce poate duce la răniri grave.
• Gantera poate fi ajustată doar atunci când este în bază.
• Plăcile trebuie să fie aliniate strâns una cu cealaltă.
• Nu încercați niciodată să ridicați gantera de la bază dacă nu este în poziția complet selectată.
• Verificați periodic dacă mecanismul de blocare funcționează pentru toate selecțiile de greutate. Nu folosiți niciodată
gantera dacă mânerul poate fi rotit atunci când nu este în bază.
• Nu încercați niciodată să folosiți gantera fără a avea setul complet de discuri de greutate în bază.
• Dacă reglarea greutății devine dificilă după transport, scoateți mânerul și toate discurile de greutate, așezați mânerul
înapoi pe bază setat la greutatea minimă, apoi reinstalați toate discurile și montați haltera pe bază.
