The chime is designed for constant connection to a 230 V AC/50 Hz
power grid.
Read the instruction manual carefully to make sure you use the doorbell
correctly.

Installing the Doorbell
The chime is designed for indoor use only.
The installation may only be performed by an appropriately qualied
person.
During installation, follow applicable standards.
The electrical wiring should use a wire suitable for the specic installa-
tion conditions, with a cross-section of between 0.5 mm2 and 2.5 mm2.
The phase conductor of the electrical wiring must be secured against
short circuits and overload by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse.
1. Disconnect the source of 230 V AC power supply before installation.
Use a measuring instrument to make sure the wiring is not live.
2. Remove the front cover by inserting a screwdriver through the
openings on the sides.
3. Choose a spot for the doorbell, drill 2 holes matching the spacing of
the mounting holes on the doorbell and insert wall plugs into the wall.
4. Insert cables into the doorbell‘s opening for wiring and mount the
doorbell to the wall with screws.
5. Remove an approximately 1 cm long stretch of insulation from the
end of the cables.
6. Place the cables into the doorbell‘s supply terminals and fasten
them with screws.
7. Replace the front cover.

8. Turn on the 230 V power supply and press the ring button to test the
functionality of the doorbell.
Troubleshooting
The chime does not ring:
• The chime is not powered.
• Check that electricity is running and that the circuit protection (fuse,
circuit breaker) is in order.
Upkeep and Maintenance
The doorbell is a sensitive electronic device. Abide by the following
measures:
• The doorbell is designed solely for indoor use in a dry environment.
• Do not subject the doorbell to excessive impacts or shocks.
• Do not subject the doorbell to extreme temperatures and direct
sunlight or humidity.
• Disconnect the doorbell from power before you clean it.
• To clean the device, use a slightly moistened cloth with a small
amount of detergent; do not use aggressive cleaning agents or
solvents.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose
physical, sensory or mental disability or whose lack of experience or
knowledge prevents them from using it safely. Such persons should be
instructed in how to use the device and should be supervised by a person
responsible for their safety. Children must always be supervised and must
never play with the device.
Do not dispose with domestic waste. Use special collection points
for sorted waste. Contact local authorities for information about
collection points. If the electronic devices would be disposed on
landll, dangerous substances may reach groundwater and subsequent-
ly food chain, where it could aect human health.

Instalace zvonku
Zvonek je určen jen pro vnitřní použití.
Instalaci může provádět pouze osoba s příslušnou kvalikací.
Při instalaci dodržujte předepsané normy.
Obvody elektrické instalace by měly být vyhotoveny z kabelu vyhovujícího
daným podmínkám s průřezem od 0,5 mm2 do 2,5 mm2.
Fázový vodič elektroinstalace musí být zabezpečen před zkraty a přetí-
žením odpovídajícím jističem nebo pojistkou.
1. Před instalací odpojte zdroj napětí 230 V AC. Pomocí měřícího přístroje
se přesvědčte, že instalace není pod napětím.
2. Sejměte přední část krytu otvory na boční straně zvonku pomocí
šroubováku.
3. Zvolte umístění zvonku, vyvrtejte 2 díry podle montážních otvorů a
vložte do nich hmoždinky.
4. Vložte kabely do otvoru elektroinstalace zvonku a připevněte zvonek
pomocí šroubů.
5. Z konce kabelů odstraňte cca 1 cm izolační vrstvy.
6. Zasuňte elektroinstalační kabely do napájecích svorek zvonku a
přišroubujte je.
7. Nasaďte zpět přední kryt zvonku.
8. Zapněte zdroj napětí 230 V a stlačením tlačítka vyzkoušejte funkč-
nost zvonku.
Řešení problémů
Zvonek nezvoní:
• Domovní zvonek nemá napájení.
• Zkontrolujte, zda není vypnutý proud, respektive jistící prvek větve
(pojistka, jistič).
Péče a údržba
Zvonek je citlivé elektronické zařízení, proto dodržujte následující opatření:
• Zvonek je určen jen pro vnitřní použití v suchých prostorech.
• Nevystavujte zvonek nadměrným otřesům a úderům.
• Nevystavujte zvonek nadměrné teplotě a přímému slunečnímu
svitu nebo vlhkosti.
