■
Keep

Before
you

Always
hold

■
Wear

for
head

is
recommended.
Adequate

When
transporting

■
Follow
instructions

Greasy,

■
Cut

purposes
not
intended.
For
example:
do
no

Causes

of
kic

Kickback
may
occur
when
the
nose

tip
of
the
guide
bar
touches
an
object,
or
when
the
wood
closes
in
an
d

Tip
contact
in
some
cases
may
caus

kicking
the
guide
bar
up
and
back
towards
the
operator.
Pinching
the
saw
chain
along
the
top
of
the
guide
bar
may
push
the
guide
bar
rapidly
back
towar

Either
of
these
reactions
may
cause
yo

control
of
the

which
could
result
in

Do

with
both

Kickback
force

can
be
controlled
by
the
operator,
if
proper

are
taken.
Do
not
let

■
Do

height.
This
helps
prevent
unintende

tip
contact
and
enables
better
control
of
the
chainsaw
in
unex

■
Only
use
replacement
bars
an
d
chains
specified
by
the
manufacturer.
Incorrec
